I'm not impressed with this Arby's location, and I won't be eating here again. The first thing I noticed on my first visit to the location was the name of the general manager 'Roxandra' in a very large font on a decal right next to the door, I thought that was a little strange, to my surprise Roxandra was actually the person at the front counter too, I was immediately caught off guard by how long it took her to greet me, and by the rude tone of her voice. After placing my order (a number 11) she quickly punched it in to the computer and walked away without taking my payment or even telling me my total, I decided to go ahead and insert my card into the chip reader to pay for my order while she was away, however it didn't work, several minutes later she came back and I explained to her that the reader wasnt taking my card, she then gave me a rude look and said "Oh this one is for making gift cards" then she quickly pulled the card-reader behind the counter and pulled out a different one, she instered my card into it herself and then after the transaction went through she threw my card onto the counter instead of handing it to me. My food was ready very quickly, which would have been impressive if my order had been correct, but it wasn't. I ordered a number 11, but I received a number 12, I accepted the food anyway and went to sit down at a table. The restaurant was very spacious and clean on the inside. Today, a week later I decided to go back to this location and try it again. As I walked in once again I noticed Roxandra behind the counter. She greeted me much faster this time. I placed my order and then just like last time, she disappeared into the back without saying anything. I waited 3 or 4 minutes for her to come back, she brought the Jamocha Shake that I ordered, which was not very mixed very well at all. A few minutes later the rest of my order was ready, I was surprised when she handed me the tray without a drink cup on it, since I ordered a combo that was supposed to come with a drink, but I just assumed that she must have subsititued the drink for the shake that I ordered, however once I sat down at the table I looked at my receipt and saw that I was charged for the shake separately from the combo meal, so I should have received the shake and a drink cup. The side salad I ordered was extremely wilted and was not edible, she also forgot to put the salad dressing on my tray. Roxandra clearly doesn't know what she is doing. On July 14, 2025 I got a notification through my Arby's app for Free Delivery Mondays so l decided to order Arby's for dinner. I went on the app and ordered dinner. Then it came back to tell me that Doordash would deliver my food. Doordash dropped my food off but my French dip was not delivered. I checked the Doordash app prior to calling the store. I explained the situation to Francisco. He immediately told me to go yo the Doordash app to get my money back. I explained again that the food was not ordered on the Doordash app but was ordered on the Arby's app. He told me that if l wanted to drive over to the store he would replace the French dip. I told him that that defeated the purpose of Free Delivery Monday's and also defeated the purpose of having it delivered in the first place. He said there was nothing he could do. He said he was taking my information down for his manager who is located in Ohio????? to see how l can get my money back. So when is it that the store can make such a gross error and the customer has to pay for that error???? Why is it that l have to forfeit my money because they can't seem to do their job right???? Read moreThis score reflects the service I received at this store tonight. We have been to this Arby's before with no issues. After working a long shift tonight the consensus was fast food Arby's. I ordered the Ruben combo and 2 for 6 Arby's classics with 2 chocolate cookies. As I was driving away, I noticed 1 of the 2 for 6 sandwiches was missing. The front doors were locked so I had to return into the long drive through line as I couldn't return home with just one of the sandwiches. When I informed Jasmine that I only received 1 or the 2 sandwiches, her response was "I put them in there", I again stated there is only 1 sandwich. There was a long pause and I said Hello? She presented again sounding annoyed stating "Just come around and I'll give you a Free sandwich" I told Jessamine, the sandwich is NOT free, I paid for it. When I made it to the window the look I received from Jessamine was if I had stolen her boyfriend. Listen Jassamine, if you think I have the time to be fart'n around over a $3 sandwich you are highly mistaken!! I did that for my family, and just so you'll know I did not feed that sandwich that you forgot to put into the bag to my family due to your attitude, I was concerned you might have done something to it. It went directly into the trash and I went somewhere else for their meal all because you did not to put the second sandwich in the bag! Someone should teach you some customer...
