I wish I would have read the reviews before coming. I only came to try out for my family who loves Chinese buffets and because I found their coupon in a value pack. First I was given a high chair that was filthy. Not to big of a deal they usually are but when I asked for a cloth to clean it myself the lady smiled and shook her head no. I thought she was kidding but she never came back and my family was back from fixing their plates. So I walked over to the server station and asked another server for a cloth and she helped along with a few of my baby wipes. Then I finally make it up to the bar and the sushi guy was busy playing a game on his phone to make my requested sushi. Really? He was upset that I interrupted his jewel game. I had to ask 3 times. He was rude and didn't want to stop his game but am I not the customer? How unsanitary as well since his phone was laying down in the same place that he makes sushi!! I had to request a clean area. I'm still in shock that he had it out openly on the sushi table playing a jewel game! He didn't want to make the vegetable sushi that they display as a selection available. He tried to offer me one of their prepared tuna rolls but I don't eat meat. He finally made it and then left for the night never to be seen again. Since I don't eat meat, sadly their is not an array of vegetables. Only cabbage and green beans. So I didn't have much of a selection where other restaurants are plentiful in this area. The reviews are correct there are signs at the bar that reads they will charge you 20% of the bill if you waste. However, there is no definition or picture display of what waste means for them. Do all plates have to be cleaned white or am I charged if I leave 5% of food on my plate? This is now a red flag to me that they may reuse their food over and over. Which is why some reviews may feel the food is old!! The cabbage and green beans seemed crisp and fresh but other items didn't look that great. Such as the rice cooker that had old dried white rice inside. The server never asked how old my child was and immediately charge the adult rate for everyone when she brought us our bill. She corrected at the register no problem. Then I gave her the coupon and that was no problem. Bill went from 58 for 4 people to 42.00. Then she hovered over me as I signed the bill and repeatedly said thank you multiples times. I didn't put a tip on the tip line. I wrote cash instead. As I walked back over to our table she hovered around uncomfortably waiting for me to tip. Then she began fusing and saying mean things in Chinese which I understood clearly so I no longer felt compelled to tip. She got louder and her body language was strong as she pointed and fussed about me not tipping. However why tip when you are rude, treat us as if we are bothersome for visiting your business, unhelpful with my request to clean a dirty high hair, and your sushi guy ignores my request to make 1 sushi roll. They will never again have my business. What a horrible first and last experience. Stay away everyone and trust the previous reviews. Overpriced, demands tips, bad service, and food may be reused over and over. If they had a better business then they wouldn't have to advertise so hard in value paks. Lesson learned for me as well to read the reviews first and maybe stay away from trying restaurants with coupon advertising. To the restaurant stop talking about people in your native tongue not everyone is going to walk away. Also you don't know who speaks your language as well just because I don't look like you. Next know that your language is taught in the Higley school district as well and children are hearing what you...
Read moreBEWARE! Came here tonight around 7:15 and half the items were empty or just looked sad like theyve been soaking up the heat for hours... Waited around for almost TWO HOURS and they only ever replaced one item, and it was one that wasn't even empty.
We weren't staying for dinner, we chose the To-go option... So waiting around that long is a bit annoying. But what really upset us was that the person I was with grabbed some crab legs... They weren't with the other seafood that was on ice and there was no sign saying they weren't available for to-go orders.
One of the women came over and literally took the container of food, opened it up, walked back over to the buffet AND PUT THE CRAB LEGS BACK IN! She said they weren't for to-go... We offered to pay the $2 difference between staying and doing to-go but she said no, can't do that (like, why? If anybody else could pay that price and get it, what's the problem? Maybe if that's all that was in the container, but there was maybe 2 or 3 legs in there... Shouldn't have been a big deal, and they offer the option of paying that price up front to eat from the 'seafood' section- which we didn't.. the crab legs were just in the regular buffet area).
To treat someone like a child, literally taking their food out of their hands and taking food off their plate... Cross contamination, much?
We basically left with half plates of vegetables, since most of the rest of the items weren't stocked... Almost 3 hours before closing... Come on. They also had ZERO sushi.
Also, some of the utensils were absolutely filthy (the rice spoon near the rice cooker looks like it's NEVER been clean, same for the rice cooker itself).
Listen to the reviews. Avoid this place...
Will be reporting them to the health dept, just like all the MANY, MANY reviews of people saying the same after seeing roaches.
Should have known when spotting one of the waitresses wiping snot on her arm, and the one person who came out to stock the one item, right before coming out of the kitchen with the tray had been sanding there eating, followed by licking her fingers.
We were angry when leaving here... I'm a calm reasonable person.. but as we left, I announced to everyone in the place to stay away from the crab legs, as they clearly have no problem recycling them from people's plates. Never done anything like that in my life, but that's how bad the situation was.
Hibachi grill and woo chi buffets are more expensive, but trust me, you get what you pay for. We just spent $30 for the equivalent of one styrofoam container...

One of the standout dishes is the orange chicken—crispy, perfectly fried, and coated in a bright, tangy sauce that strikes the perfect balance between sweet and savory. It’s seriously addictive, and you’ll find yourself going back for more with each bite.
Another surprising gem here is the stuffed crab. The crab meat is tender and rich, mixed with a savory stuffing that brings the right amount of flavor without being too heavy. It’s a delicious treat that you might not expect at a buffet, but it’s done so well here that you’ll want to keep coming back for more.
And if you’re a sushi fan, you’re in for a real treat. The sushi selection here is absolutely top-notch. The rolls are fresh, flavorful, and crafted with care. The rice is perfectly seasoned, and the fish is always fresh, making each bite feel like it came straight from a high-end sushi bar. Whether you prefer simple tuna or something more adventurous, there’s something for everyone.
What really elevates this buffet experience is the attention to detail, like the endless supply of silverware and plates. You never have to worry about running out of utensils or being stuck with a dirty plate. The staff ensures that you always have fresh silverware and plates available, so you can dive back into the feast without any hassle.
Speaking of the staff, they truly make this place special. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a friendly demeanor. They’re attentive without being overbearing, always making sure you’re enjoying your meal. It’s clear that they take pride in their service, and that adds to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.
Highly...
