August 23rd 25' entire family came to visit. So, of course we ordered from Rosati's on Power Road in Mesa AZ, best pizza I have had in Mesa, specifically the east Valley. Not one complaint (as usual) we ordered two pizzas, a 16" & a 12", always custom pizzas we order. French fries, garlic bread with cheese and a order without cheese, garlic bread sticks are the best I've ever had, as well as extra marinara (its so delicious, you could drink it!). Even know they were extremely busy, our pizza was made on time and was next to perfect. Thank you to the entire staff, from top to bottom, you show true professionalism & pride in your jobs! In 7.8 years of eating at this location, never once a bad pizza or messed up order if I wasn't disabled and poor, I'd tip you all at 25%. Unfortunately I can't even come remotely close to that. Your Rosati's is our family's special occasion choice restaurant. Because every single food item you serve is too notch & absolutely delicious. I also love the new french fries, the larger crinkle cut, they were perfectly cooked and huge flavor!
Thank you all!!
Update! Ordered again (two weeks ago) 100% perfecto as usual! Thank you staff at Rosati's on Power Road!! Two pizzas, 14" & a 12" plus fries and 2 Teramisu.
My latest order was like all my previous orders from Rosati's [On Power in Mesa] perfection! The only Rosati's I'll order from here in the East Valley. I'm disabled and on a fixed income so it's a bit expensive, but what these day's isn't? I just save up for 2 or 3 month's so I order it as a special treat, or when family Flys in to visit we alway order from Rosati's on Power Road in Mesa - always! And everybody love's it, it's a smash hit! Everything is always perfect, my deliveries all always earlier then the time stated, always loaded with toppings, and I've never had anything other than a 5 star pizza every time! The staff is always friendly and professional and never screw up my order's, never in almost 5 year's! And it's always awesome the next day cold if there are leftovers. And the French fries, breaded mushrooms and garlic bread sticks in the box with your famous marinara are a favorite and a smash hit with all my family and friends, it makes me want one just thinking of it. Thank you to the staff at Rosati's on Power Road in Mesa For always being Johnny on the the spot from ordering on the phone to making it fresh and delivering it hot and delicious loaded with toppings. Many thanks to a great staff and awesome ROSATI'S ON POWER IN...
Read moreI utilized GrubHub for delivery and clearly indicated the address and directions for the specific location as it is on a college campus. The driver couldn't locate us and instead of stopping at - literally anywhere - to be pointed in the right direction, they circled the facility for over forty minutes. When I was finally notified via email from GrubHub that they were having a difficult time finding us, I immediately called the restaurant.
The person I spoke with berated me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me and asked why I wanted it. I stated that I would like to file a complaint with his manager regarding his customer service to which he nastily responded, "I AM the manager AND the owner". At that point, I cancelled my order and told him I would not be giving them my business now or in the future.
My only "mistake" in this was that my GrubHub profile had one wrong digit in my phone number - a fact that was previously unknown to me as I have never had an issue before now. But even if it did work, my office is located in a basement and I do not get good cell phone reception.
This was not anything that couldn't have been sorted out and had an exceptional tip given had I been met with an ounce of courtesy and professionalism on the other end of the phone.
Yesterday would have been the end of this saga, but I was notified today by GrubHub that the restaurant is refusing my refund request even though we never got our food. And even if the order had been completed, it would have been cold as it was over an hour past the anticipated delivery time. Long story short: Save your money (and yourself a headache) by choosing from any number of other locations or different pizza strains in general where they will actually value your business and treat you like a...
Read moreThe other day I was driving home and decided to treat myself for dinner. I was going to be passing this Rosatis and it sounded good so I pulled into their parking lot and walked up to the store thinking I would place an order and then wait for it. To my utter surprise, as soon as I was a step inside the lobby a worker came running at me yelling, "OH! We're not letting people in!! You can't come in!!" In my shock I looked around trying to figure out what was going on and saw that another worker in the kitchen was laughing and said, "The door is supposed to be locked!!" The original worker was now to me and frantically pushing her hands up at me to get me to step back. I said, "uhhh, okay???" and took one step back which gave the worker just enough room to literally shut the door in my face. I'm not even kidding. I backed up and walked away wondering what on earth just happened. As I got in my car to leave the worker that had just shut the door in my face was walking around the parking lot talking to people that I'm guessing had done some sort of call/internet order? 1) If the lobby is closed then it should be made clear to someone walking up and 2) if a person comes in by chance, like I did, then they shouldn't be chased out like rabid animals without a single explanation as to why. Heck, I wasnt even told how to order! Just herded out of the doorway and then ignored. How hard would it have been to say, "Can I help you sir? We're actually not taking orders in the lobby right now but [insert instructions on how to order]. They obviously dont care about losing business and the whole thing is such a customer service disaster to me that I will never be going back here or recommending it...
