Went to Cinco festivites. We waited 10 min never was greeted by a waitress so finally she came after passing our table several times to the table next to us. At this time it was not busy..so no excuse there...Our waitress never smiled once..was not friendly at all ...when speaking to us was very short/quick to ask if we wanted to order..she didn't even introduce herself she basically came by like she could careless we were there.We ordered drinks those took 20 min..our food came out only a few min after..Order queso and chips and mini chimis..Those chimis went back THREE times..first time weren't warm inside, second time was even colder like they were frozen and not cooked long enough..and finally 3rd time I believe a shift supervisor brought them out and honestly was quick to be like try those and let me know almost in disbelief regarding my complaints...Was super disappointing. They were ok..were not hot..although the last two times the plates were hot must have been just to melt the cheeseQueso cooled off within minutes and was not hot but my friend was already disappointed with everything too she didnt even want to bother with saying anything.The whole vibe was disappointing in regards to food and our waitress..Then we go to dance and come back our drinks and food are gone...table cleaned off..We were not done as a couple were about to sit at our table..Then we got back over to the dance floor and our waitress comes over to have us pay and I mentioned about our table..she really didnt want to work that day it was obvious...It was honestly a bit ridiculous.I won't waste the trip next time
