If I could leave negative stars I would. Adding to the comment below by Gladys downing. I am her friend she was speaking of. We are both bartenders and we get that you can have bad days. We make our money from the customer based off our customer service. There is a fine line between bad service and just out right disrespect and that is what Jocelyn gave us. I have never been treated the way we were that day. We never lost our cool or fed into her behavior, we simple paid our tab and left and went and spent our money else where. If you’re looking for good service and way better food I highly recommend you driving by time out and head on to “The Draft Sports Grill” where we were greeting immediately by friendly smiling faces. Hope this is helpful for anyone who may cross paths with the horribly ran establishment.
Also, We were never offered a menu, we had to ask for one. Not only did we have to ask for a menu she only gave us one menu for two people. Smh
To the owners response. Seems very unprofessional coming from an owner. I didn’t want to start off with the fact that her attitude was obviously racially motivated. We did not want to start that slander but since our initial review wasn’t taken seriously there is clearly no other choice.
For one, we never mentioned we worked at any place, I mentioned Draft Sports grill because that is where we went after leaving your establishment and received excellent customer service. We are both from out of town and was her for work and chose your bar to watch the super bowl. But after being treating poorly we decided to take our money somewhere else. Of course, the server/bartender had a different story. The fact that you’re saying our story isn’t valid is mind blowing. It makes sense why your employees act like that. You or your establishment have no class. I would never take this much of my time to write a bad review. I normally do not write reviews but I felt that strongly in letting people know we had a bad experience.

Read moreAs a retired LEO, and a Vet: Your take on the second amendment is pathetic. If you were smart enough you would know that the 2nd does not allow folks like you to own or use AR’s. The 2nd was not written so people could own military grade firearms and go kill multiple people in just a few minutes. It was written at a time where the newly formed US could call upon its citizens to defend against outside forces (the UK) In today’s world the 2nd should be repealed. Morons, like Proud Boys etc. need to go to prison for their treasonous actions. Those folks who hang onto wild, Wild West mentality need to simply “go away” as you and your ideals have no place in a democratic society. As for the food: I’ll simply take my business somewhere else and let those “like minded” folk feed into each other’s screwed up sense of reality.
Reply: Obviously you either can’t read, can’t comprehend or have a difficult time with sorting out reality from fiction. In typical fashion you opted not to address some of my points, I’m sure because you know I’m right and your views are not defendable in an intelligent fashion. Would change your rather narrow view of the second amendment and your “rights” change if you were the parent of a child gunned down by some mental case with an AR ? I would hope that never happens to you or anyone else. But the fact is that those things happen almost daily. I would think we are on the same page as something needs to change? Probably not “more guns in the hands of law abiding citizens” as that argument has been proven false time and time again while we have hundreds of good citizens die each year. Using the second amendment to “hang your hat on” without careful and thoughtful consideration is a weak and sad reflection on many in our society. Good day to you. I...
Read moreHorrible bar service. The locals that have been coming here since before the new owners acquired it still come here and complain about the service. It’s hind of a cheers environment because most everyone at the bar has been coming here for years. The food is not bad at all, actually it’s better than average for a neighborhood bar, that’s why I give it 2 stars. The service is so horrible I can’t even begin to explain. Full disclosure, this is my 2nd time here. I came back after the first horrible service because the owner was bar tending the first time and I was told the bartender that was supposed to be there called in. The owner was a sweet lady but has zero bar tending skills. My first time I was here, I just listened to all the regulars complain about the service and how they have been telling the new owners to hire a real bartender. Tonight I sat at the bar with 6 others at the bar. The bartender and the same lady (owner) walked past me at least 20 times, made eye contact and never offered me a drink or a menu. After 15 minutes I had to ask for a beer and ordered wings. As I write this, 1 hour later, I have had to ask for my empty glass to be filled 3 times and I still don’t have wings. There’s now only 4 people in here and I realize my order for wings was never put in. Could be a great neighborhood bar but they have no bartender which is ironic that they can even stay open because both times I’ve been here there were only people at the bar. Nobody at tables. Maybe their great on weekends. I’m an optimist. I don’t go out of my way to leave bad reviews. I enjoy good service and nice people. This place has nice people but maybe I’ll try it on a weekend to see how this place keeps...
