HORRIBLE!!! If you are not capable of taking online orders and making them efficiently, then donāt offer this service! Ordered 15min ahead, stood in line another 10 before just asking, as I watched no less than 10 cars go through the drive through and get orders! Why is your location not set up like others??? One line for new orders and one line for online order pick up?? Then I was told my order was not even ready, which it should have been ahead of the current order that was just made at the window. Needless to say the other 4-5 employees standing in there could have been helping! Terribly run location, absolutely will not return!! Get new management and do some training! There is no reason one of the other staff members could not come over and help the ONE person taking and making orders at the pick up window. Seriously poor management!! Now Iām 20minutes late to manage my business and I do not run things like this. Take...

I always tell myself not to go back to this one but unfortunately itās been the closest to where Iām at at the time. Only go if you have time and plan on wasting gas just sitting here! Otherwise the drinks were average okay I guess.
Probably wonāt be coming back to this location though. 3 times is enough to experience the long wait and not worth it. (You would get through a Starbucks drive thru way faster).
Update: still waiting in line. Iāve been sitting here for 40min now!!!! 2 babies in the back this is ridiculous I couldāve walk in there made my own drink and left. Are they messing around in there or why does it take so long! Horrible horrible horrible.
Manager needs to step up and take care of this issue or business is going to be lost because of a simple fix.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed with my experience at this Dutch Bros location. I waited over 30 minutes in line due to the heat and high volume, which I understand happens sometimes ā but when I finally pulled up to the window, the baristas were busy chatting and didnāt acknowledge me right away.
When I mentioned the long wait, one of them responded by saying āno one looks at the signsā ā but there wasnāt a sign about longer wait times. I even drove around after placing my order just to double-check.
What really upset me was the unprofessional behavior afterward. One of the girls whispered something to her coworker while looking directly at me, and the expression I got in return was rude and completely uncalled for.
If customers are expected to wait that long, at least treat them with respect and clear communication. I will not be returning to this...
