Loved loved loved it! Definitely will go back. Love the flavors. I got prickly pear and guava. I love everything with those two flavors. The ube was sooo good too. Next time I'll get that with coffee. When living on the islands ube coffee was my favorite 😍 😋. Definitely want to do a gelato coffee ☕️ with a scoop of ube added. Extremely kind service too. Clean place. Only thing is this tasted like American ice cream. I live in Italy 🇮🇹. Gelato is like religion there along with pork, cheese, pizza 🍕 and pasta. (Actually live there. Wasn't a tourist lol 😆 see my other reviews as proof) I still love the place. But my Italian husband would be a critic. Though I showed him photos and he wanted to try the varity of flavors. We decided to visit this gelato shop based on the good reviews and because I’m Italian and always hopeful to find authentic gelato. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

When we arrived, it took at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The person working in the kitchen had earplugs in and didn’t notice customers had entered. The floor was dirty, the trash bins were overflowing, and an A-frame sign—which should’ve been outside—was blocking the walkway inside.

We asked if certain gelato flavors were gluten-free, and the staff member didn’t know. I tried the pistachio gelato, but it lacked any real pistachio flavor. On a positive note, some of the other gelato flavors we tried were good.

First time eating gelato today at Pazzo Gelato. Highly recommend you try it! My friend and I sampled several flavors before deciding. It was a tough choice because they all tasted AMAZING!! We settled on the chocolate, strawberry brownie, stracciatella, the Biscoff chip, carrot cheesecake, and raspberry vanilla. The service was friendly, the flavors reflected the high quality of the ingredients, and the indoor seating was very comfortable since the temps have been approaching 100 degrees outside already.
