Premier Patio Furniture — Local services in Mesa

I would give 3-4 stars for the quality. They were referred to me by a close friend because they were supposedly less expensive and we LOVE to support our local businesses whenever possible. My biggest issue is the really poor customer service I experienced there recently. There was a miscommunication on the way they made some custom cushions and I asked how they would remedy the mistake. They said simply "this is YOUR fault and we would have to remake them at full price". I pointed out that they never communicated to us that they didn't do this service (simple piping around the edges - apparently this is not a common request) and I heard a stampede of excuses why they are right and we were wrong, when the only thing I wanted to hear was "what can we do to make this right". They blamed me for their assumption and then went on to berate me right there in the store. It wasn't as much the mistake as the way they treated me that was the problem. By the end I was furious and just paid for what they did and left. Bottom line is they were actually quite expensive for the custom cushions and when they were made wrong they offered absolutely no solutions but to remake them at my cost. They wouldn't even apply my prior credit towards the new ones if I decided to do that. We decided to upgrade our patio furniture last year and after endlessly searching the big box stores we were just left underwhelmed. I found Premier Patio and we drove out to take a look. Long story short, our entire back yard is now full of their furniture and there is NO looking back. Beautiful, sturdy, customized, and so comfortable. We absolutely love everything and have been so pleased. EXCELLENT customer service, super responsive, fabulous product, and people who are an absolute pleasure to work with for our needs. Joy, Maddie, and Shea (I think I remember their names correctly) have been fabulous working with us over the last year to complete our set. Thank you! Terrible staff with angry issues. He followed my driver started arguing in front of the kids and parents. Try to argue with parents too. When I talked to him that I was going to take care of the situation. He didn’t listen he just continue screaming cussing being very disrespectful and being very demanding. He left after I told him the cops were coming. When I called his boss he told me that he was going to talk to him and he even lied to his own boss saying that he has a kid that comes here which is not true because I looked for him with his name and his kid is not even come here.
