Try to order a 2 burrito meal (side of time and side of beans with medium drink) with a large drink - lady tells me she can't make the drink bigger. Already dumb, but fine: "Look, I'm just looking for a carne asada burrito and a large drink; how can I make that happen?" She sells me 1 burrito with rice and beans and a large drink. I pay and she leaves the counter. After she delivers a drive through order I realize she's not coming back, so I reach over the counter and grab a cup and confirm with another employee that I've got a large size in my hand. Strike two, still shrugging it off though.
Later I pick up my food and there's just a burrito. She says she explained to me that the rice and beans were INSIDE THE BURRITO. I admit maybe I missed something, nobody is perfect, but even if I did don't you think you should explain extra carefully that "oh by the way, the sides are just gonna be stuffed in the burrito in this substitution plan"? If you say "a carne asada burrito with rice and beans" I'm obviously gonna assume they're still sides. Why stop there, just put my meal in a blender and I'll drink it. Oh wait, I can't, you didn't give me MY CUP.
I said just gimme a normal Burrito, I don't care about the charge for the extras. After that, the food was awright, not the best Filiberto's in the valley but nothing...

This is the only Filibertos location I've been to that doesn't have a salsa bar. I ordered 4 burritos and I love salsa on them. I asked for 12 of their little tiny salsa cups. They told me they could not give me that many. I asked how many they could give me. They replied "like 6". That's less than 2 per burrito and I easily use 4 per burrito. She offered to SELL me a pint of salsa. I told her to give me what you can and I will avoid coming here in the future. As I drove home I began thinking, "is there ANY other Mexican place that limits your salsa/sauce"??? I couldn't think of a single one. Taco Bell, Nandos, Dell Taco, Cafe Rio, Backyard Taco, and EVERY OTHER Filibertos in existence let you have as much salsa as you like. For that reason alone I will NEVER return to this location. The restaurant was nice and clean, the staff polite, food came out quickly... But if I cannot get salsa for my food, what's the point...

I was gunna have him ask if it was green sauce or red sauce that came on it before she cut us off at the speaker while ordering then had us go to the window. Once we got to the window I immediately asked if it was red or green and she said said red , took the money from my boyfriend and shut the window . I had to say exsuse me ma'am so I can try to fix it before it was made. She opened the window and I said can we please take off the enchiladas I really thought it was green sauce. Her response was , IT WAS ALREADY MADE HOLD ON and closed the window. Came back with the change , took off the enchiladas and still proceeds to say just in advance for next time make sure to ask because it got made , closed the window and almost forgot our horchata.. very unpleasant experience. I just got off work and wanted a nice meal and the burrito was so skimpy . I have never had such a small burrito from Filibertos. Very...
