I ordered online, when my husband went in to pickup they told him there was no order for the name. Once he showed the order receipt they determined a Doordasher took the order. They looked at the receipt numerous times and the manager made my husband feel like he was trying to trick them and get food we didn't pay for when they made the mistake to allow a doordasher pick up our food. They remade our order but didn't make it correctly. I ordered wok fired shrimp and recieved walnut shrimp, if I had a nut allergy that would have been bad. The cream cheese wontons were overcooked and one had even opened up during cooking and had no filling but they still counted it and the order when they should have tossed it. The lo main had very large cabbage chunks in it. The food was cold, even though they had to remake the order. This location has gone down hill, the last few times the food has not been delicious. The quality is not there. I would pick a different location if I were you. There are plenty other ones near by.

Food was okay, orange chicken was overcooked and more breaded compared to other Panda's. Kung Poa chicken had great flavor but very lite chicken, rice, chow mein and chicken egg roll, average. I would have given this review 4 stars but the fountain orange Fanta tasted like sewer water and chalky. Was about to toss the drink but decided to keep it just in case I need to present it to the Emergency Room for further analysis. No offense to Franchise owner, just giving my honest opinion for today's visit (my first at this Mesa, Az location). So many Panda's out therefore food is hit or miss on giving it 1 star or five stars but today it earned 3 stars.

During my visit to Panda Express today for lunch, I ordered three servings of chow mein and fried rice with orange chicken bowls. Unfortunately, the experience was not positive. The staff member who assisted me was not pleasant, and I received only a half scoop of rice, which was disappointing. Additionally, the quality of the chow mein and orange chicken did not meet my expectations. As a frequent customer at this location, I was quite disappointed with both the service and the food quality during this visit. Regrettably, I have decided not to return to this establishment.

This is one of our preferred Panda Express locations as most of the eateries in this area do a better job of providing quality service and good food. This Panda is no exception and has provided us with enjoyable food since it opened. We have never received bad service until tonight. For one of our orders we wanted two of the same entree. The Oriental server grabbed a slightly larger scoop of the entree before dumping it into one pocket of the styrofoam to go plate and went on as if she had done everything she was supposed to. I put in the next order being sure not to double up on the same item. Then I requested she give us full portions on the one plate. Without motioning or moving to agree with us or disagree she reached out with her scoop and dragged two pieces of zucchini into the scoop from the Kung Pao chicken and dumped it into the plate before quickly closing it leaving one pocket totally empty. Okay so she wants to play that game. Then I was totally surprised when we got to the register. She added up our bill then carried on a conversation as if I was answering positive to all of her comments though I never said a word. She was too busy talking. "Thank you sir for coming in, you're welcome, have a good evening." with no inflection in her voice or even looking at me. The words said one thing, her rudeness spoke another. I'm sure the other employees are not this rude for as we were leaving after eating I saw a different worker assisting and elderly man. She carried his Panda sack of food and helped him walk to his car as they talked to each other. I heard just enough of the conversation to realize they did not know each other. We will return for the food is good and the service is normally good. Hopefully, hopefully this young oriental girl will receive the training she...

I went out to run errands on Easter Sunday, on an empty stomach so...there were limited options for open eateries. Intention was to go to Chipotle, that didn't work out so well and this was next door. Oops.

I ordered a simple bowl with chow mein and eggplant and tofu. First: the staff were really nice. The food, not so much.

The guy before me probably started to order a bowl, then changed to ordering a full size plate so I watched as they dumped the cho mein and fried rice back into the batch to re-serve to others. Now I've worked in food service - you don't do that even if it hasn't been touched by a customer.

Then the eggplant dish needed to be made-to-order so they did. I make eggplant regularly, you can't rush eggplant. So naturally, we both got uncooked eggplant (the guy who ordered before me was also waiting on the same side dish) because ... they were trying to meet some time limit...?

No biggie for me as I'll just go home and recook it, but def not satisfying or even good. If I lived closer to Chandler, I'd just go to the food counter in 99 ranch for better food for less cost but this was where I was at the moment. Lesson learned: don't just find a convenience on an...

I use to love Panda Express as my favorite fast food. I'm not sure what is happening to them the last few months especially. There customer service seems abrupt, sometimes feel as though I'm a nuisance rather then a customer. I usually go to one of 2 locations in North Mesa, but between the service, lack of available choices, and less then "warm" food, I don't go as much any more. Today being near this one on Baseline and Val Vista, I thought oh yes they use to be really good! So I came in and to my dismay they've gotten just like the other 2 I go to.... out of my favorite, sweet fire chicken, the gentleman offered me a substitute "its the same just different sauce"... Well yes chicken is chicken, but the sauce makes ALL the difference! So I made a different choice and moved along while hearing other customers in front and behind me making choices and being told "sorry we are out of that" for various different choices... Anyway. Once again my chow mein is dry and less then warm as is my Orange Chicken and the Mushroom chicken.... I guess this is what is the new normal, with the lack of well trained employees, and good leadership.. But can we atleast turn up the heating trays for...
