For the past six years, I've visited Nekter five days a week, making it more than just a juice bar for me—it's a part of my daily routine. Today, I feel compelled to write this review, not just because of Nekter's consistently delicious offerings, but to highlight an extraordinary employee who makes every visit unforgettable—Alex.
From the moment you meet Alex, it's clear he's not your average employee. His infectious smile and genuine enthusiasm are evident from the get-go. Alex's approach to service is unmatched; he truly makes you feel like a friend, not just a customer. He remembers my name, asks about my day, and our conversations never feel rushed or routine. It's rare to encounter someone who exudes such natural charisma and joy in their work.

Read moreI am not very pleased with the baseline Val vista location. I have attempted to try this location twice now.
Both times my juices weren’t filled to the top yet I paid over $10 per drink. I have never had that occur at any other location visited in AZ.
In the photo you can see the drink wasn’t filled but I was informed the “froth” from frozen pineapple subsides after sitting.. again, I’ve never had an issue with this until this location each time attended.
I may try again in the future but please all be aware of how much they fill the drinks for what we pay for as customers..

I again was not provided a full juice for what I paid for. Please see attached photo for 05/15/19. I spoke to the manager Tyler to express my concerns. I was provided the explanation of depth subsided after sitting....for the third time.... I made it clear I’ve never had an issue at any other location and always schedule before hand since I’m usually getting a juice on my lunch break. I was informed they will add more juice if you stay there. KEEP IN MIND THE EMPLOYEE SHOOK AROUND THE JUICE WHEN I PICKED UP MY PURCHASE WHICH MADE IT LOOK LIKE IT WAD FULL. Once I drove off within minutes I noticed it wasn’t full. I called the store and then spoke to Tyler. I appreciated his offer to help me with a free juice however, I didn’t appreciate the condescending remarks about how many ingredients I select for my “custom” juice. Read moreFirst time here at this location , walk in experience, very dark and dingy. I ordered an açai bowl and once I received my bowl the girl at the register wet straight to the back to hang out with the young lady that made the açai bowl who brought it to me and did not even say a word. They didn’t even wait to see if I had a question. I asked her question and she was hesitant to come back to the front. She shouted out to me from the back, I ordered scoop of peanut butter and the peanut butter drizzle with my bowl, I checked to make sure it was like i ordered and they forgot the scoop of peanut butter. She was hanging out with the girl that made the açai bowl, I had to shout out that they forgot to add my peanut butter because she was nowhere in sight. She brought me the side of peanut butter dropped it on the counter, I said thank you and she just walked away and I said thank you again she said have a nice day.. rude much?!!
