Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mesa

Update 11-14-22 I came in today to have lunch, when I opened my sandwich I realized they put it on white bread, No big deal I went back up and explained to them it should be on wheat. They took the sandwich out it on the counter top and grabbed the meat and cheese and transferred it to the wheat bread. What really disturbs me about this, is the fact that the one guy working here has gloves on which is great. But he is touching everything here from register, dirty dishes, trash cans, and my food. This will be my last visit to Jimmy John’s on mckellips rd.

The last couple of times I’ve been to this location I have ordered double meat and paid for double meat. The sandwich seams like a normal sandwich without double meat. I love the bread 9-10 it’s soft and usually this store is very clean. But if I pay an extra $2.39 for extra tuna, please put...

Very disappointed. We come to this location all of the time, but this time the bread was rock hard on both sandwiches. One was burnt on one end and had a hole in it. Sumbitted an official survey and was in communication with customer service via Twitter. Even got an email response from the official survey saying that the info had been passed on the the franchise to get the issue taken care of. Its been about 2 weeks now, and I let them know that I had still not heard from the store (like they told me to do.) I got a response of "well, it's up to the franchise to fix the issue." Well all correspondence goes to the company then sent to the franchise, i have no direct contact with them? Sandwiches were completely inedible, and I am quite disappointed with the customer service...

I used to live close the main location and it was always incredibly good. Recently I moved closer to this location and was happy to see the pesto was back. When I ordered the first time, it was made extremely sloppy, very little of the ingredients you pay for and soggy. I drove all the way back to main and it was a totally different sandwich. I came back to this location one more time thinking it was an off day. This was even worse. No stewed tomatoes, no pesto, one slice of mozzarella, so much balsamic glaze if bled through the paper and dripped everywhere. All you could taste was balsamic. This sandwich was unbearable to eat.
