Only reason not 5 's is cause, apparently, after 1am.. even though it's a 24hour drive thru.. they shut their ice cream machines off. I don't quite understand that. Especially seeing as most people who go out that late, would like to buy some sort of treat for themselves. Oh, and after midnight (same location) they throw their iced teas out.. without making a fresh pot. One of their advertisements, which is huge, on television, is their freshly made iced tea, for ONLY A Dollar... So.. kinda contradicts itself, in my opinion. PLUS, I am a HUGE *iCED TEA Fanatic.. and Love McDonald's Unsweetened iCed Tea !!!
Other than that.. My Drive-Thru Experience was quick, polite, and "Obviously" Explanatory. My Meal, MINUS the Tea I was Craving, was Delicious. And I have since Returned, to the Same Location-- To Experience The Same Upbeat & Friendly Service, from countless employees.
Oh, HOWEVER.. I did go one time, and the Manager on Shift, Lied Straight To Me and My Son, about The Toys they currently had available, Only being LIMITED to ONE.. Which, AGAIN--HONESTLY, NEVER HAPPENS.. AS THERE ARE TYPICALLY AT LEAST TWO OPTIONS:: PER IF YOU HAVE A BOY OR A GIRL. I had only had My Son with Me ((We went inside this time)) and I Ordered TWO Happy Meals.. She put a Boy Toy in Each One. I started how I needed One Girl Toy, as she proceeded to tell me, The One she gave Us, was the ONLY One they currently have. I LEFT IT ALONE, and went to fill our drinks.. as doing so, a little girl with her parents, received the boy toy also, and her parents, too, addressed it. However, THIS SAME EXACT MANAGER, PROCEEDED STRAIGHT TO THE TOY OPTIONS, DUG STRAIGHT TO THE BOTTOM, OBVIOUSLY KNOWING THERE WERE MORE OPTIONS, AND REPLACED HER TOY.
I WAS LITERALLY IN SHOCK. I WAS SERIOUSLY STANDING RIGHT THERE.
ANYWAYS I ADDRESSED IT RIGHT AWAY, HOWEVER, STILL LEAVING EMPTY HANDED.. Well, With Our Original Toys.

Read moreI'm a daily customer that has a reward profile and I had the absolute worst customer experience and service from a lady named Luz. I never did a review until now but I refuse to let someone be so rude and condescending to me so I called the store to get her name because she did not have a name badge. I will be contacting the corporate office to file a formal complaint against Luz. I ordered one large Dr.Pepper in drive through and was told that I needed to pull around front to get my one fountain drink. I waited almost 9 minutes before Luz came out with a tray full of orders and she approached my car first and I immediately asked her if this is a new thing that I have to wait so long for one soda. She asked if I had a Dr.Pepper, I replied yes and she looked at me and stated they did not give it to her then walked away from my car to provide 3 other waiting cars with the orders. After she helped the third car she literally had one large Dr.Pepper colored fountain drink left on her tray and so to avoid having to deal with her condescending attitude again, I pulled into the drive through again and the lady in the drive through was surprised Luz didn't give me my dr pepper. Not only was she condescending but she literally ignored me after I asked why I had to wait almost 9 minutes. I know she lied to me when she said that the Inside crew person did not give her my drink, and I say that because I watched her provide 3 cars behind me with their orders and she had one drink on her tray as she went back in. In the small amount of time I had to deal with her I got the impression that she is not bothered when customers feel like the service was horrible. I would like someone from this location to contact me and I will be calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint against Luz. So disrespectful and she seemed as she couldnt have cared less...

I probably go here once or twice a week through drive-thru, during the morning hours you have the best chance of getting food that is hot and tastes great, but god forbid you order past 10:30am. If you plan on eating lunch here, enjoy your wait in line and your most likely warm-ish food while you wait for the guy in front of you to pay for his order in quarters.
You have a pretty good chance of getting what you ordered if you come to this location during the early parts of the day, between 5am-10:30am. When Breakfast is done you will notice a huge drop in the quality of food, and recently you will notice that this location is always out of stock of bare basic materials for fast food life. They don't have enough drink carriers, they're always out of sauce, they have NO SODA (wait what?! NO SODA?!!!!???), they started over-frying their chicken and leaving their french fries in oil for too long.
The quality has gotten terrible lately. This evening I ordered a 6 piece buttermilk crispy tenders meal, and while I understand it's supposed to be crispy (I've had this many times before) I personally don't enjoy the taste of pure fryer oil. Unfortunately the fries were too greasy/oily to eat as well. I feel sick having tried to eat half of my food, just disgusting, maybe this was just a wake up call, or maybe this is just the end of a good run at this location.
Whatever the case, think twice before stopping here in the evening. Updated Review: 2-9-2018
I came here... once again... in the evening. The food quality has improved recently. I swear, like every time I'm here there's something wrong, this time it was their system so you could only pay via cash. They weren't accepting anyone with cards. Pretty annoying but the food was the hottest and freshest it has probably ever been, so I guess...
