Rally's — Restaurant in Mesa

Ooof we should’ve read the newer reviews. I’ve been to a few Rally’s locations but man this one is rough. Went with friends to grab some food to bring back to the house to hangout. So for starters the young man trying (yes it was a try not successful) couldn’t for the life of him figure out how to put one chicken kids meal and one cheeseburger kids meal into the computer; que the woman taking over the order. It took a solid 15 minutes for her to put in the order it was basic 2 kids meals, 4 Rally’s combos one with no cheese. So she never says a total, but whatever I guess. She half way paid attention when my friend paid then told us to pull around to the front and wait for the food. (If you’re keeping track we’re at over 20mins now) Then my friend starts to read the receipt, the woman put cheese on all of them (he’s lactose intolerant and cheese makes him sick so this is important). He goes to the window and talks to the young man (who by all accounts is high out of his mind) he tells him about the burger and is told no problem we haven’t even made them yet. Fast forward 10 more minutes (for those keeping track we’re over a half hour) the very high young man comes out with the food he says he managed to get all 6 orders in one medium bag… As he’s walking away my friend starts checking the bag which is nearly impossible because it should’ve been in two bags at least. She realizes we are short a kids fry and one of the meal’s fries. So my other friend goes back and tells them and we wait again. We finally get back to the house about 40mins later for what should’ve taken 10.

Then we start unpacking the stuffed bag, turns out we’re missing the kids chicken (the only chicken ordered so how do you miss that) and we’re missing a burger (specifically the one that was no cheese) so now one friend has no food as well as one kid. We decide it isn’t worth going back and throw a pizza in the oven. The burgers were meh, the buns tasted like they’d been left open in the counter all day. But wait! The crowning moment I get halfway through a container of fries and find hair stuck in the fries.

We won’t be back, and you shouldn’t go. The district manager needs to come rehire the employees for this store before they get shut down...

I almost did not come back to this location after the first bad experience I had. I do not live close to rally’s so this a drive for us since I live in Apache Junction. The first time my food was cold and was not able to eat it when I got home. your employee ignored me and didn’t even acknowledge my order the first time and had to wait and it was cold then and did not want to spend another minute waiting. I even had to double check my food to make sure nothing was done to it. The second and my last time, my Order was wrong and the burgers I ordered were wrong. Your location rip me off for 1.50 for cheese. You might wanna look into your location to make sure your employees can read and understand the company mobile app and see who else they have pick pocked money from. I get it is only 1.50, It is the principle behind it.Customers come to your business for food and spend their hard earned money for your food and expect it the way they order it not the way the employees want it. You charge 0.69 for cheese and then rob your customers of their money to save a LOUSY BUCK. Your Employees give the customers attitude and lousy service when called out on wrong order. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Since you allow your employees to run the place like Ronald McDonalds play place and think that finger skate boards are more important than your customers. EVERYONE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO GET AN...

I don't know how you manage to get a warm slushie served to me but props for having to be served by curbside drive thru and counter/dine'in all for one order.

Drove thru for online order which was set to be picked up in 4 minutes. Said it wasn't in their system yet so I had to park. After waiting in drive thru line for 8 minutes. Parked for another 10 , brought food out. Which was an ice cold burger and a warm half full $4 slushie? I think it was more like Luke warm whipped cream . Then I was missing an entire fry so I had to get out of my car anyways and stand in the beating sun for another 5 minutes before having to knock to get acknowledged... time passes before some abrupt a hole answers the window with a "What!?" I let them know I'm missing a large fry and he proceeds to ignore what I'm saying and re reads reciept three times and then checks my bag to make sure I'm not lying. In which he had no clue how to read his own receipts and made it seem like I was trying to get a free fry. Why would I be standing out there.... with no shade anywhere to be ignored over a dumb fry when I have a progressively more warm hot slushie in the car to get back to? I wont be returning to this rallys. They always forget something and then act like you're in. The wrong.... they didn't apologize or say thank you after handing me the missing fry either. Not how you run a business .... just saying even I'f i was acknowledged .... i wouldnt have...
