I've gone to this location on several occasions and I was definitely disappointed with this experience. It was like nothing I've ever encountered at any location let alone this one. I've never visited at this time of night so I don't know if that's the reason for my experience but I definitely wasn't happy. I know it wasn't just my experience either there was at least one other gentleman who had complained about receiving stale bread on his sandwich. I have a very sensitive stomach and I'm limited to the places I can eat. It just so happens that my stomach can handle culvers so when I'm out and in need of food it's an easy choice for me. I waited for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me to take my order. I had made eye contact with at least 3 employees with no greeting or I'll be with you in a moment. I get that they were busy with the drive thru but I've never been to a location where I wasn't at least greeted right away. The 2 staff members that were packing and running food were literally arguing with each other about who was going to take my order which I thought was super unprofessional. I'm used to my meal taking anywhere from 10-15 minutes to get to me since everything is made fresh but my meal got to me in under 5 minutes. At first I was pleasantly surprised as I had gone a while without eating so I wasn't feeling the greatest but that faded quickly. My bread was cold, my burger was cold, and my onion rings were cold as well as the 2 extra cheese sauces I had ordered. The only thing that was hot was my pretzel bites and the 1 cheese sauce it came with. I really don't like complaining when I go to a restaurant you always hear these horror stories of things they do to your food and the confrontation it creates makes me uncomfortable. So I literally ate a few bites of my food just enough to not feel sick and packed everything up to be reheated at a later time. I don't mind paying more for quality food but when the quality isn't there it really isn't worth it. I don't mind driving further to get the good service that's expected with my meal but my experience is what causes me to find a new location or restaurant to frequent instead and never return. To me actions speak louder than words and I'm on the fence about ever returning since this was the first and only time I've experienced this but I don't usually give second...
Read moreWell my friends, tonight wasn't a good night at this place. I ordered a Culver's Double Delux 🍔 combo with everything on it with HOT FRENCH FRIES 🍟 I told the counter person if they aren't HOT, I will be back, he said he understood. So I went to get my ice teat and befor I reached my table, my order was at my table,I knew that this was not going to go well. The bread, bun was so dry, my first bite I had to wash it down with my tea, the two patties that was suppose to be a double were so mashed together, now it's 1 patty, I couldn't pull them apart. And yes my fries 🍟 were cold❄️☃️ when I asked for HOT 🍟 .What a bad experience that I had this time, usually it's been good, no complaints. So I asked for a manager, no manager, just shift manager, I tried to explain this all to her, she didn't care, instead of paying attention, she was to busy looking everywhere else so right then I asked for a refund. A bad experience tonight at 7:00 pm on 6/12/2025. I asked fir the general managers name, she realy didn't want to give it out, so she did, if she wasn't lying, her name is Morgan, I don't like bad food and it comes out way to fast befor i sit down. I think that alot of the kids that works on the line dont care how the food comes out, just get the food. Not quality food. So much for writing a good review befor. Have you knowticed, when going back to a restaurant that you been befor, going back, the experience isn't never the same twice. The French fries 🍟 were hot 🔥 the second time but didn't offer to fix the Culver's double. Sorry I pay for good, quality, I should get for what I ask for. Just...
Read moreYikes. Where do I start? Not sure what business model this location follows. My girlfriend and I came through drive-thru last weekend to grab dinner. We got home to open our burgers and realized there was a long, curly, black hair IN her burger. We called and spoke to a very nice cashier who directed us to her supervisor, Marjella. That is where everything took a turn. We calmly explained what happened with our hairy burger. NO EMPATHY OR OWNERSHIP WAS TAKEN. It felt extremely accusatory as Marjella began to tell us "that's funny because we don't have an employee with long, black, curly hair". Well, that is a lie in itself. You are telling me out of EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE YOU HAVE, no one matches this description? Okay, that is fine. So moving forward, she advises us we have to send a picture or bring the food in at that exact moment to receive any type of compensation for our hairy food. Wait, what? Calling you about our hairy food is already an inconvenience. You not believing us is an inconvenience. We felt like we were the ones having to plead our case, which is NEVER the way a customer experience should EVER be. I work in quality and this would never be acceptable. At the very most, I advised Marjella to make sure her employees were wearing their hairnets so this didn't happen to someone else. We just wanted to have a nice dinner. I hope Marjella receives some customer service training. Especially in her role as a supervisor. She currently is not the best fit for...
