First of all our server, Madison was awesome. OK, so my wife ordered the prime rib sliders with sweet potato fries, I ordered the cocoa peanut butter and jelly burger with garlic Parmesan fries… My wife’s au ju came out cold and her sweet potato fries were cold… My burger came out with a literally cold bun to the touch, my fries were also cold… We had the entire meal remade which took about 15 minutes. Like I said, the server Madison, was awesome and very apologetic. This rude dismissive manager named Wendy came over and was pretty much dismissing everything we were saying about our food and then she said some BS about not being able to give a discount on our bill and offered us a “comp card” which we said we will probably would not come back. Wendy then came back over again and was very dismissive and non-caring… She says that the ownership of this place doesn’t let them give discounts. They prefer a comp Card… I’ve never seen a more rude, dismissive, non-caring manager. We are super pissed off and we are never coming back to this place and will tell everybody not to as well. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this review and reaches out to me because we are never coming back!! By the way, two entrées and a side burger patty for our granddaughter was $60 so at the end of the tip and everything went up close to $80 for dinner for two! Fast-forward three days later that has been no response from management ownership or any rebuttal to my one star review here, further validating the issues we had were legitimate and Wendy needs to go through some serious Customer Service training. Here we are a week later and no one from the company has reached out to me. The manager has not reached out to me and they have not replied to this Google review even though I see them replying to many other Google reviews...

What a horrible experience. The only saving grace is the service. Shanon has, by far, surpassed my service expectations for this establishment in all the years I've been a patron. Prompt, polite, accurate, and humorous.
For the sake of your taste buds, avoid the uncle bears "crafts" at all costs. The taste is nothing close to matching the descriptions. You'll regret it. Their well's are acceptable, proceed at your own risk.
Now... the food... fortunately my server suggested the Cajun salad as a fulfilling but healthy meal. This was my first salad from uncle bears, given my experience with other menu items, I was expecting something somewhat repulsive, mis-colored, greasy, and soggy. But, the salad was decent and the eggs were not green. Another point for the service. Taking the rest of our dinning experiences into account, I would suggest you set your food standards for Unkle Bears relatively low. Onward....
This place is filth masked by poor lighting. I may excuse the peanut shell mess, which is to be expected, but not the string of dust and hair trickling down off the taxidermy above my head. Run your finger along any aesthetical surface and you'll see and feel what I'm preaching. From the blistering laminate on my table to the random whistling and rattling seeping from the back of house, it's obvious this place is neither cleaned or maintained.
If you enjoy intermittent music, bar games, and greasy food, this is the dive for...
Read moreWhen we were seated, we told our server it was our first time in. We ordered the Chili Poppers as an appetizer, spicy tacos for my wife and I tried the bad dog burger. We get the appetizer and 30 seconds later our meal shows up. So frustrating. The server never came to refill our drinks until she brought the check. She did down and talk to what we guess are friends that were in twice but she did not do a check of things after the meal came out. When she did bring the check and I listed the problems she shut down and walked away. Took over 5 minutes for her to bring my water refill. She said that the machine broke. IDK...
My burger was not good. There was a ton of mustard on the bottom bun and when the onion ring was put on top the area was filled with BBQ sauce. Extremely messy to try to eat and all I tasted was mustard. My wife said her tacos were good but she needed more salsa however she didn't get until after she ate her tacos because Cherish was not to be found. While she was eating, she actually had just taken a bite one of the food runners tried to grab her plate before she was finished. Talk about not feeling welcome and valued.
Lastly, when we finally got the check and more water and salsa, I handed her my card and she scanned it at the table and then hovered on top while I completed the payment. Talk about feeling pressured to give a tip and...
