A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Mesquite

I am In horror at my experience with A&W Restaurant in Mesquite,TX. I can barely type this review as I am now incredibly sick from the food.

I ordered an A1 combo to-go (Plus two entrées) inside the restaurant. The floor felt like suction cups, tables were dirty, fries on the ground, the bathroom smelled like no one had touched it in weeks. The wait for the food was 30 minutes. It seemed liked the main focus was drive-thru, instead of the customers in front of them. Another red flag was none of the workers had gloves. Not one. Not. One.

All of the workers were touching the door that led into the kitchen, walking past the employee sink. The sink was dry as a bone, with the soap dispenser at full capacity. The signs that i failed to pick up on in the restaurant are now clear, now that I’ve had the chance to throw up. After standing at the counter for a while, a worker finally told me, “We’re just waiting on fries”. 30 minutes for fries?

Went here on 2-12-25 and the service here is absolute garbage. The drive through lady had an attitude while I ordered. She wouldn't let me complete a sentence without interrupting. Then got an attitude when I asked for the burger to be made without vegetables on it. She left the intercom on so I was able to here her talk crap to her coworker on how I asked for my food to be made. Had to wait in the front for them to complete the order. When they finally gave it to me it wasn't good at all. The fries were cold and the burger tasted like it was saved from days ago. I will not be coming back to this place. Wish I would have...

2* only because the food its self was ok, it took a long time to get our order, they were out of items so they had to refund part of the order. It was so hot in there we were sweating while just sitting at the table. The drink machine had no ice and you had to ask for it at the counter. They barely filled the cup half way. Then the drinks were warm which melted the ice that was in the cup, I tried to take a drink and it was horrible warm flat soda. We spoke to the lady at the counter about it and she said yeah it's probably messed up and no one tried to fix it. Besides that our meals...
