Mesquite Town Center Plaza — Local services in Mesquite

I don't recommend shopping here at all. The store is busy and uncomfortable with the crowding. This store is a highly stressful shopping experience, the aisles are narrow, absolutely no way to take a cart down a row if someone else is on it. And if you don't like screaming, crying children then avoiding this store is a positive. Even with every cashier at a register it still took a solid 45 minutes to check out in a line that reached over half of the store. A packed line with no social distances and no security to enforce it! It goes without saying, I didn't see a single employee cleaning or even wiping of register areas after customers. I’m not satisfied with Ashely Im paying on two queen size beds bought in October 2021 head board light never worked I still on warranty I called and called Mesquite Texas they made a Order for lights to be delivered to my home this was three months ago I scheduled tech to come to our home sone Feb 2022 I still have not got a response I been calling and calling all store plus customer service I called mesquite one never answer I’m always direct to and around in circles since Feb here it is going to be April soon I’m so disappointed upset so so upset and more never will I get there...

Don't give it any stars but it make you give one ( I hate that we don't have that option) Lines were too long. I feel that you should schedule more cashier's on the weekend ( Sat. & Sun. ) especially when those are the busiest days. Store was SUPER messy didn't see but 1 associate working on the floor.
