Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Mesquite

First of all I used to love this dairy Queen but it's the employees behind the counter they have nasty attitudes they see you come in and won't even say can I help you I I stood there for 5 minutes no one was behind me and I still didn't get no help to this young guy walked up that didn't even know how to run the register and asked me and I've been waiting on and tried to help me I work with the public so if there's attitude behind the counter then that's when the attitude comes from the customer you have to know how to greet customers with a good attitude and there will be a good outcome on anything your food will be okay when you have attitudes people be afraid to even eat because with the attitude we think you don't have done something to our food and then we don't want to come back so please please do something with this situation because I love this dairy Queen and I would love to go back but as of now the way the attitudes are I'm scared to even go in and ask for something to eat because I'm scared that it's something may not be right with my food and so please get that fixed so I can go back cuz I love this dairy Queen this is the one I've always went to thank you and have...

Kaitlyn by far is an amazing girl she made my night when i walked into Dairy Queen she had a very big smile and greeted me very friendly and helped me pick a meal on my budget! Cause i was super broke that night! She made my brownie turtle sunday like a pro lpl she layered it just like i asked i actauly got to eat the hple thing bc the ingredance were evenly distributed! My order was made wrong but she had it fixed right away! The other staff were chill as well but she delt with me directly! She will be the reason i come back to this location! Thank you girl for being amazingl! I also wanted to add it might be dumb to some ppl but to meat someone who was as uplifting as you were helped put me into a better mood ive had alot of stress and have been very depressed me and ny husband have been struggling to have food everyday we starve sometimes we just wanted to walk in and get some food but something about your attitude and convo helped lift me up a little you never know what the other person infrount of you is going threw thank you for being kind most of all bc i havent really had...

so incredibly sad!!!!!! this store has probably the worst retail employee to ever work in retail!!! not only do the employees at the front counter show you they could care less about your, but they go a step further and make you hurry up and order. Not giving you any opportunity to view the marquee!! rude to me and both patrons in front of me. Then continued to be disrespectful to both customers after me. This store's management has really "dropped the ball" , on this one. do yourself and the rest of us a favor. fire immediately all of your front counter staff, and hire anyone who will appreciate their job and show to the paying public that they are welcomed at Dairy Queen! Its not too much to ask of an employee to be decent or respectful. however ar this location, it is blatantly obvious that it definitely is too much too ask..

If you go to this location, before they [ mgmnt] takes action be warned. the front counter girls are not very welcoming or even remotely friendly. no smile, no welcome, no time to look...
