⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down One of the Best Pizza Hut Experiences Ever
I don’t leave reviews often, but I couldn’t let this one go without saying something.
I stopped by Pizza Hut tonight and let me just say — WOW. My order was piping hot, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious. But what stood out even more than the food was the phenomenal team holding it down behind the scenes.
Let me give a huge shoutout to Trisha, James, and Clay — because they kicked butt from start to finish.
I’m sure Trisha was working her magic in the back, probably cranking out those fresh, made-to-order pizzas like a boss. James? He was WORKING that front end — register, customer service, managing the flow, you name it. He stayed calm, kind, respectful, and reassuring the whole time. Clay was a machine — pulling pizzas out of the oven, slicing, boxing, and making sure everyone got exactly what they needed.
Even though they were clearly understaffed (which falls on management, not them), they moved that store like a well-oiled machine. People were getting in and out, no chaos, no confusion. It’s rare these days to see a team work so seamlessly under pressure — and still deliver with a smile.
Let’s be honest — I doubt they’re paid what they’re worth, and I doubt they get the recognition they deserve. But tonight? They deserve ALL the flowers. Bonus. Raise. Something! They earned it.
So thank you, Trisha, James, and Clay. Y’all turned an average dinner run into something worth bragging about. I really hope your manager sees this and gives you the recognition (and pay) you truly deserve. This is what customer...

I called pizza hut entered my phone number in their automated system, was told my food was picked up and delivered it never was, I have cameras all around my home so no chance of that being true. After 17 times of calling them no one ever picked up. Had to drive to the location on Gross rd. only 1 worker was working the others were on their cell phones the manager was so stoic no expressions no hello sorry nothing I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back she said you have to call Corporate ok; I want my tip back call corporate again that is simply ridiculous!!! She never provided me with an explanation of what happened to my order didn't question if I received it just printed out my receipt and remade the order. By this time, it was 7:30pm I do not eat this late in the evening so sadly I didn't eat it. Called Corporate filed my compliant and no one has contacted me. I had the worst experience on last week or rainy day of course I knew it was raining more than one reason to have pizza delivered ordered it at 7 said it will be ready at 8:55 never received my pizza I called no one answered I called at least 4 to 5 times no one answered I had someone else to call off a different phone they answered and told them that they would have to talk to someone at the corporate office then they initially said that they work corporate office to please hold. After trying all the way from 8:55 till 9:20 Pizza never came and I called several times I decided to drive up there myself and saw there was a big crowd but at the end of the day no one was apologetic about it no one said I'm sorry we are running behind and we are crowded we will have your piece of with you they lied about the manager not being there they lied about how to reach the manager they hung up the phone several times they lied about who they were when they answer the phone I will never come to this Pizza Hut again now I see why I am not the only one complaining I see a lot...
