I don't know where to start or where to begin, Today (4/25/2021) I was hungry I come here to eat after church, they lady in the front desk started getting people name and numbers for waiting list so I wrote my name down and phone number to be on the list and she said to wait at your car and will be calling who ever wrote there name on the listed. Other people done so too, then I waited in my car so they can call me. While I waited I was on my phone watching YouTube videos until I look up they already sitting people down, so I got off my car went to the front desk and ask where is the lady that was here they told me she went to break. I told the other lady that took over for her, I left my name and number and yall did not call me and I waited in my car then yall sitting people in. When I started saying something they put in the a table where there no waitress to help me, I started looking for the manager no where to be found. There was one guy willing to help me today was very disappointed and angry what happen today, I waited in my car and waited at the table if someone going to help me or not. For years that I come to this restaurant today was worst experience I ever had. I don't know if anybody else had this experience what happen to me today. I grateful the guy decided to help me that wasn't his table, I wish I could get his name but I was very angry because there was so many waitress no one come to help me at all. They need to change how they keep up with the listing, how to help there customers, this might my last time coming here not to sure I love this restaurant, or go a different restaurant. I took a photo while I was sitting and waiting for someone to help me, my words...
Read moreThis is the worst Genghis I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s also the one closest to us, so we frequent it. Every other Genghis I’ve been to has provided excellent customer service, whereas this one is consistently subpar with today being the worst. The food is great. The staff is ridiculous. We walked in to the host standing at the podium doing nothing. He didn’t even acknowledge that we walked up. When we spoke to him, he said that he needed to go wipe down tables before he could seat us although there were plenty of clean open tables. He returned a few minutes later to seat us. We sat waiting for a server who didn’t come until I got up to ask the host if we even had one. She took our order & brought us bowls. When we returned to the table after making our bowls, we still didn’t have drinks. She finally brought us drinks & delivered 2 of our bowls to our party of 3. My bowl sat on the counter with 3 other bowls while another server & the grill cook talked & laughed over them. I got up & got my own bowl to bring back to the table. I had to get up to find our server three times. Once to ask for drink refills, another to remind her of the request for refills that she never brought & a third to ask for the check. The customer service here is nonexistent. Dirty tables, not checking in with customers or offering refills is standard here. They find plenty of time to just stand around or talk to coworkers tho. I can’t believe they’re actually getting paid to do so. Is there no management at...
Read moreI like Genghis Grill as a chain but this location....nah. The best interaction I had was with the young lady who took/delivered my order. Every other interaction was appalling. Let me preface this by stating "I visited the location twice" 1st I felt I was an inconvenience to the hostess. 2nd time, the hostess was dishing dirt, rolling her eyes and snipping at customers. None of the staff who worked the front (beyond the person taking orders) will acknowledge you. Not a "someone will be with you" nor a "one moment" nor a even a head nod.
They just don't care and grossly assume if you walk-in you know the flow already. Food orders prepped and pending, tables dirty (I was waiting for at least 25 minutes and none of the dirty tables were even addrrssed). The efficiency and service needs to definitely be addressed. I couldn't readily identify management although I believe I figured it out. If so, clean it up, make eye contact and address poor employees when you are definitely are in ear shot (or line of sight) of their poor conduct. Food station was good, 94% stocked. Cooks were cooking, not very talkative and need to be quicker at wiping down the counters were people put...
