We came from out of town for an event and decided to stop by this buffalo wild wings before heading back home as a family/group. Being that it was a Sunday and cowboys were playing we figured there would be a wait, no problem we understood its football season đ¤. After some time waiting we saw a big group leave so we hoped to be seated, but when we asked the hostess (who was there with other waiters talking) how much longer we would have to wait she seemed as if our mere presence bothered her. We even asked to sit in the patio being that it seemed open but for some reason nobody was being seated there maybe because it smelled like dirty water? She said we had to wait she didn't know how much longer. So I asked her if we could sit at the table that the big group was sitting all it needed was to be cleaned plus we were the only ones waiting others had been seated before us even though we had came in first. she said "I have to ask my manager" I said "well can you ask your manager please?" She then said "yeah, okay I guess" and rolled her eyes. "There's no need for eye roll" , I said. At that moment he walked up, The manager then said we had to wait until a "deaf group" left?I asked if we could sit at the tables the other group had occupied that needed cleaning.I ried to explain that we had been waiting for more than 20-30 minutes and just wanted to know how much longer. Being that we had a long drive home we just needed a straight answer to plan if we would just go elsewhere or stay and wait a few minutes longer. "It's Sunday and the game is on." Yeah ok we know that but doesn't BWW promote themselves as the "place to be for the game"? Then how come half their restaurant is closed off and their waitstaff is not attentive or fast? Once we sat and placed our orders some of our items were not brought out. The waitress had not placed the order for two people in our group. They were unable to get their food on time and enjoy it they had it boxed up and unfortunately they may not enjoy being it's a little hard to eat nachos and wings while driving. I think the only one that made moves was the manager, his employees I can't say will be a staple for us. When we are in town again I highly doubt that we will visit this location again. Such an unfortunate experience. On the plus side the food was good. I'm glad they didn't mess...
Read moreJust ate at this location and my family and I were very disappointed with the service đĄ. Our waitress needs more training or another job. I didn't catch her name, but she has purple hair. She took our drinks swiftly, but I'm afraid that was her only highlight of the night. We sat around waiting for menus until I discovered, under some straws, that you had to scan some picture on the table for a menu which only one of our phones had the capability to do. We asked another waitress if that was how we were supposed to view the menu to which she replied yes. Then our waitress came to take our order and we let her know that we weren't because we were only just informed that we had to "scan" the menu. My husband did happen to order some queso before she left. I had to look up the menu on my preferred search engine, "google" in order to decide what I wanted. After some time passed we were able to put in our orders, anxiously awaiting some delicious winged delights as well as other menu items. Unfortunately, it took forever to receive our queso. Our drinks went unrefilled for long periods of time. I then wondered if our meals would come before closing đ¤. I needed to make a to go order as well, but our waitress was out of sight for lengthy amounts of time. Anywho, the food came, but my husband and I needed refills and the waitress was missing yet again. I intended to ask some other waitresses, but they were busy actually serving their tables. Alas, we spotted our waitress and my husband had to chase her down to get more drinks. I put in my to go order and then began to eat my now semi cold meal. About closing time, I received my to go order. We finished eating, paid, and left. I was happy to get out of there. Once I got back home my mother discovered her late night meal wasn't what she asked for. I was given traditional wings over boneless plus fries, which I didn't ask for đ. It was the rotten cherry on top of a poorly served mealđĄ. I may go back to this location one day, but only if Ms. Purple...
Read moreOn Saturday, me and two of my friends visited this location to watch the UFC fight. However, the service was insulting. Once seated, our server made no attempt to introduce herself nor take our drinks (which all we wanted at the time was water). 30 minutes later we were finally given water, then kindly asked for fried pickles as an appetizer. She then took a deep sigh as if we were asking for an entire group order. Then proceeded to say "come on, anything else?" That comment alone sums up our entire night, due to the fact that she never checked up on us for the remainder of the night. Another server past by and asked if our server had taken our orders in which we sadly replied no. At that point it had been almost an hour and she finally reappeared to let us no she will no longer be serving us since we told the other server we hadn't been served, but we were simply answering her question. Me and my friends are Mexican who can take some disrespecting but this however was shocking. The only effort we notice from her was that she was trying to let us know she clearly did not want us there. They weren't very busy, even though they were showing the fight. There was only a 20 minute wait before being seated and quite a few tables open, so we couldn't understand why she was treating us this way. We did not want to cause any trouble since maybe she was having a bad day, but me and my friends rarely go out to eat so this was definitely demoralizing. We didn't get her name nor did we want to, but all we remember about her was that she was a beautiful black lady with red hair. I know this won't make it to management or I will probably be asked to fill out some form, but I just want others to see this review and understand how we were treated. P.S. we left before the UFC...
