This place is epic for kids, a place full of fun and exciting times ahead. An awesome place to have a really good party for your kids. They have party packages upon asking at the front or maybe getting an email in with all the details of each package.
How it works: Once coming in you are greeted by the staff upfront, I suggest going to the side and there you will see some IPADS or monitors, make sure to fill out the waiver then proceed to pay. If you line up first you will have wasted your time to be told you need to go fill out the waivers for each kid.
Tickets and pricing: Each child is $19.90 with 2 adult tickets included with this price. And if you want to save $40 upon 10 total visits you can purchase a punch card at $159.00. As I am doing the math for the purchase of each visit at a $19.90 with a total of 10 visits it comes out to $199.00. It is a good money savings tactic if you get the punch card and have the discipline to go there consistently. I am unsure if there is an expiration date.
Food:
No outside food permitted, they do have reasonable prices for the snacks they provide, take a glance at my pics to get a better look at what they sell. They have minute maid, sodas (cans and bottles) chips and more .... I suggest eating before you go, it gets pricey.... You do get an all day pass with ticket ( means you can leave and come back) you can go and get a small break and eat outside.... . They also sell ice cream inside! That's a plus!
What to wear:
Comfortable clothing that covers knees and legs ( prevents any burns from slides). Long sleeves are good for boys and girls, it does get chilly inside with that huge fan in the middle.
Must take 🧦 socks!!! Requirement if you want to go in, this includes parents. They will make you purchase socks at a $3 rate, yes you saw that correct. Save your money and bring your own socks.
Once you have gone through the waiver signing and purchasing you will be asked to put on your socks if you don't have them on already. Then you will proceed to put all of your belongings, including your shoes and bags inside of the baskets that they will give you. Once all of your belongings are inside of the basket, you will still have to wait in another line to go in. It is a quick push of a button to let you in the play place. No shoes are allowed once you enter except to the restroom.
There is a toddler area and it's for a certain age group, the bigger kids get their own areas. Pictures with all the cool playground areas are available on here. They also have small cars with a track available. You will have to pay for the rides and it costs 5 flames per ride which gives you 4 loops to go through for that price. The cars do have space for another adult rider or another kid to go in the back. You do need to purchase a play card at $1 price range and then fill it up flames or points. I would go for the $20, it's 104 flames for a good price. You can use these flames on the arcade games and rides.
*Make sure you bring a credit or debit card, they are literally cashless!
It also can get overcrowded on certain days, would go early upon opening and during school times.
** At night between 6:30 and 7:15 pm the lights are dimmed at night, the mascot for the play place comes out to dance for a few minutes, make sure the kids don't touch him and can dance along his side and then take pictures at the end. Everyone is friendly, be ready to have a...
Read moreMy family and I had the worst experience at this facility, on Saturday November 4, 2023, which should have been a glorious occasion for my granddaughter who was turning 2 y/o. The staff treated me and my party awful, my Mother which is my granddaughter's great mother whom is 75 y/o end up leaving because she was treated rudely. My guest was treated rudely and was overcharged, or the prices were not be honored, we were told a different price when we did the initial booking. I believe the Manager name was Joselyn, not for sure how long she has worked there or how long she has been a Manager, but clearly she needs to take a few Customer Service and Leadership classes. At one point we had a guest to show up, with her children, and while she was trying to get an understanding or trying to check her and her children in, a Hispanic family came in, (this has nothing to do with race, so lets be clear) but it was how she turned to that family to help them, while my guest was in the midst of still trying to check in, and trying to ask her questions about the check in process, that family was able to walk right in without paying anything, when my guest ask her how could they just walk in without paying or even doing a waiver Ms. Joselyn stated "since they were not attending a party they did not have to pay" nor check in (her exact words), while we were trying to explain the prices that are displayed in your facility, and why they weren't being honored, she became very aggressive in her demeanor as to say I'm the Manager and it is what it is, when we ask for the Corporate Office number she stated we don't have a corporate number just an email. She basically was not trying to here anything we had to say. We spent about $400 on this party, which was never the issue, it was how everything was handled. I will say that the young girl that was assigned to work the party, she was great, very helpful, and very professional. As a person in leadership, and works as a public figure. Ms. Joselyn needs to go back and get some more training, because with her behavior it is not a good look for your organization. Please note this review will go up on every platform, as...
