This place is a ZERO star place! A joke of a restaurant. Placed and order online 6:10 pm, confirmation receipt stated my order will be ready at 6:21 pm and when I get the restaurant is practically empty. There are 2 hungry souls sitting but other than that no one else was there. I walk in and no one was behind the counter or on the grills. What I do see however, is a white teenage doing pull ups. PULL UPS -_- hanging from the company's shelf meant to store items. I see 2 African American young guys,one of his phone txt and the other one cheering for the guy doing pull ups. The 4th person was a Hispanic teen sipping on his coke laughing at them. Since I can see all this going on through the little window of their metal door to the back, the Hispanic guy almost chocked and hit the white guy to stop. One of the guys comes out and says "you been helped?" Wow, the phone must be frying his brain cells cause he can clearly see NO ONE was in the front. I pointed to my ticket that had been sitting there for 12 minutes ad he came out from the kitchen at 6:23 pm. He started cooking, more people came in and at 6:33 pm I left with my food.
While I understand 10 mins is not much to wait... it is when no one, absolutely no one was in the restaurant waiting on their food. Therefore, no reason why I had to wait 20 mins for my food. Defeats the purpose of an online order. I don't get why restaurants have poor hiring processes. Maybe Chick-Fil-A or In-N-Out should give some training to FIVE GUYS hr department and customer service team. $38.00 is not much to spend but I practically paid for a 20 mins wait and a bad experience. Way to go Five Guys, keep up the good work on hiring kids who have no interest in upholding your company values or mission. Or maybe you as as a company don't have any values, mission or vision so I can understand why your staff will reflect that. I absolutely have no need to be back, I rather spend my money on another business than yours....
Read moreTerrible customer service and overpriced for the food you receive. Phoned in an order for a cheeseburger for my husband and a BLT for myself on 11/23/14. After the male employee answered the phone and I told him I needed to place an order, the line went silent, then a few moments later a female employee asked for the order. You could hear the other employees acting up and unprofessional in the background. I was very specific about the order, the only variation was the BLT, I am allergic to mayo so I asked that mustard be substituted and that they add onions. We picked up the order and got home with it. My husbands cheeseburger was dry, as was the BLT and the onions I had asked for, were provided, but underneath the sandwich between the bottom bun and the paper wrapper. We paid $18 for those two sandwiches and 1 large order of fries. Sonic or Jack in the Box could have provided a better cheeseburger and BLT at a fraction of the cost. The cheeseburger was not a $6.99 cheeseburger, it was small and lacking of any condiments. The BLT was dry as well, the bacon looked like 2 strips of bacon fried to a crisp and then crumbled on the bun, tomatos were pretty much pink. There were two quarter sized pieces of lettuce on the sandwich. It was our last trip to Five Guys. We will just make the drive to Dallas to Keller's for the real deal or stay at home next time we want a hamburger or BLT... which by the way Keller's has the best in both category and friendly and professional staff. Read more1st time trying five guys and it was something and I don’t mean the food . I also added pics of my recipe. I ordered a bacon burger that had no bacon. I would also like to say that everyone who worked on 9/15/25 night shift was young so I’m also taking that into considered . There was a young guy on fries who messed up almost 4 orders prior to mine and when the customers mentioned it he said I can’t take it back . The manger was a young woman with a low fade who was in the back the entire time and couldn’t even refund the customers whose orders were messed up prior to getting to mine . The young lady dressing the burgers had hair outside of her hair net that she kept touching with the gloves and she never changed them . The young guy with the dreads deserves a raise he was trying to help diffuse the chaos all while cooking the burgers and helping the guys on fries and the young girl dressing the burgers when the manager/lead was just standing in the back on her phone . He was very nice and very patient . I won’t be back . My food was okay just didn’t have the bacon . Also no one had on name tags so that’s why I used description . Hope...
