At 10:30 pm on a Saturday night after a band competition at mesquite memorial stadium. My family and I swung in to this mc Donald’s for what we thought would be a swift bite to eat. But as soon as we enters the no turning back point we found out we were terribly mistaken. Once we ordered our mc flurry, large fry, a 6 count of chicken strips, a Diet Coke, and a drpepper.
We moved up to the first window and were asked if we had ordered a filet sandwich. And of course we said no and eventually the found out what we had ordered with our assistance. He printed our receipt on the wrong type of paper. Instead he printed it on sticker paper. So we folded it over so it didn’t stick to anything.
once we got to the pick up order window the people asked us what we were waiting for. So we said our food. The man eventually gave us the Diet Coke and a water even though we had ordered a drpepper. In response we said that it was the wrong drink and that we ordered a dr pepper and the man said huh? Once he handed us the mc flurry we noticed that they Hadn’t even mixed it and we had to mix it by hand. Then when we finally got our bag and before we left we made sure that there was nothing wrong with the order. And of course there was. We were missing our large fries. So we told the man working the register and he asked for the receipt (which was stuck to itself) And then he asked for our bag as if we were trying to steal some fries. Then once he gave us our bag back with the fries in it there was no apology for the mistake instead he just gave us the bag and closed the window.
Over all I would not recommend this to my worst enemy or anyone who wants their food quickly, wants to get the right order, or doesn’t want to be treated like a French fry thief.
Worst mc Donald’s...
Read moreWorst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant!! Went through the drive-through last night; ordered my food and the lady on the intercom sounded like she didn’t wanna be there rush me as I was ordering and never repeated my order back to me then waited 15 minutes in the drive-through got my food and then I got home and as we were about to eat, we noticed a acrylic nail in one of the sandwiches. I contact in McDonald’s; a lady picked up and never said a response. A gentleman got on the phone introduced himself as a manager. I told him the situation. How he responded sounded like he didn’t care about his customers and did the most ridiculous apology. He didn’t care, you can tell and just wanted to get off the phone. He then asked for my order and said they would remake and said you can come pick up, will start preparing it now. It was already late. I wasn’t going to drive all the way up there just to receive my meal, so I asked for a refund he said I had to come in person to receive my refund which I thought it was ridiculous. I told him it was ridiculous and he stated two times well what do you want me to do? You’re the manager you’re supposed to compensate for yalls wrong being. I told him I shouldn’t be having to tell you how to compensate me that’s your job, so what are you going to do? He said he would give me a refund I had to come in person to receive my refund and asked me what time would I be coming by tomorrow. I will never be going back. Worst experience ever. I do not understand how they are still...
Read moreI used the mobile order app and used my rewards points to order a 6pc happy meal to take to my sons school for his birthday. To order the happy meal it uses 6,000points. When I arrived at my sons school to give him his birthday lunch, the 6pc chicken nugget box contained two sausage patties instead of the chicken nuggets. I had called the McDonald’s to speak to a supervisor or manager on duty. I notified them what had occurred and that I would be coming back to get my points back or if something could be done and that the person who decided it was funny to put two sausage patties in the box could be written up or fired. When I arrived at the McDonald’s the manager came up to me and I told her what had occurred once again to remind her. Showed her the box with the patties in it. Told her I want my points back and that I did not want any food seeing as though my sons lunch was over. She did not take my frustration seriously, all she said was “son locos” in regards to her staff while laughing, took my receipt crumbled it up and came back with 10piece chicken nuggets. All she said was “all I can do is give you food, I can’t give you your points back” I notified her that the app says to go back to the restaurant to solve any issues and that I did not want any food. Then a younger lady stepped in and offered a refund for the points I used instead. We got a refund but the manager did not take the matter at hand seriously or appear to care for the matter. She did not know how to help solve the issue. Staff needs to be...
