I wanted to email in about our experience today, 4/6/22. I ordered through the app at @ 6:15pm. I arrived and check in approximately 5 mins later. I expected to wait for the food but our total wait was 40 minutes. After waiting about 10 minutes, we saw a woman go up to the doors and knock to get the workers attention. She had two sandwiches in her hand, one of which she had already unwrapped. She told the young lady that wasnât what she ordered. My mom joked and said I hope that is not ours. The screen had already said âJayla is on the way with your orderâ. After waiting another 10 mins, I pressed the button. I had to wait another 10-12 mins before someone answered. I explained we had been waiting for 30+ mins for our order. A gentlemen came out right away and said sorry and left. I checked the bag and noticed it was very oily so I knew the bag was just sitting there the whole time. When I got home thatâs when I realized they had just given food they had already given to another customer. The wrapper is all crinkled and you can obviously tell someone had already unwrapped it. I had only removed the sandwich from the bag when I took the picture, I had not opened it. Iâm very disappointed and very disgusted. I canât begin to imagine what else is served if it is deemed okay to serve food that had already gone out to someone else.

   Read moreWent here a few days ago to pick up an mobile order and was missing an item, I called back in to let them know and an âassistant managerâ Edith came out and proceeded to look inside my car saying an employee said she put it in the bag, I handed her the bag and told her to look she did and said she will bring the pretzel yes a pretzel back but after waiting almost 30 mins I went to the door to remind them I was only waiting on my missing pretzel and I was immediately dismissed with I wasnât getting anything from the manager Marisela ( donât be like Marisela) and I was confused because I paid for something I didnât get but was argued down saying I did get it. After standing in the door for 15 mins asking for a refund or my item the police were secretly called on me for wanting my paid item and the police couldnât do anything other then get me the store manager info and ask me to leave the property per manager Marisela request. I was livid because I spend money and tip here alot just to receive bad service. I did call the store manager De la Rosa who assured me he would make it right and he have not, at this point Iâll take my complaint to corporate and never spend another penny at this location and wouldnât recommend this one to nobody itâs way to much that goes on here they need a...
   Read moreI just went to Sonic for a chocolate shake and a bag of ice. There were 2 vehicles in line at the window in front of me. Someone asked over the speaker if I could wait a moment. Sure. Ten minutes later the scenario hasn't changed except for cars behind me. One woman was shouting at me to move so that she could order. By now the 2 vehicles at the window have gone and still no one has taken my order. So I pull up to the window and a person opened it and looked at me. So I explained the situation, nicely, and asked if she could take my order. No, she has to take an order out. Is there someone else who might could help me? I've been waiting a long time. She repeats this to Amber (manager?) who tells her that I need to go around to a stall or drive thru. The person at the window did not even look at me, she just closed the window. I never once raised my voice or acted like a "Karen" in any way. But I did take my business to Griff's who has the nicest staff and is always so clean. I will still spend my $3.24 at Sonic for a bag of ice, but on burger night Griff's will get my $30. And besides, Griff's shakes...
