This location is absolutely terrible, I despise ordering from this location. I 98% order from their app and try to select a different location which doesn't work. 😢 Unfortunately it always shows pickup 😕 for my preferred location. I give up trying so yes, I ordered from this location . I wanted to take advantage of the $2 off promotion for the smoothie bowl 🥣 that ends today 7/1/2024 and $3 cost for a refresher drink . The times I have gone in person to pickup an order is only because I happen to be in the area . My order is never ready on time . I have not received a pleasant warm interaction with my pickup. I can say after today's mishap from a online order through the app I am done with this location. Good customer service not excellent doesn't exist 🙄 at this store . I honestly don't understand how they stay in business. When you are frustrated with your order they do not answer the phone . The outgoing message states that they are unable to answer the call 📞 and do not allow for voice messages to be left try your call later . Today received that dreaded message then tried again . I can't believe a male human being answered. I explained what happened with my order and asked if he could issue a credit refund / I used my debit card on my order . He acted like he didn't understand and wanted me to call someone else anyone other than there . I noticed after a short time I didn't hear him on the line . I looked at my mobile phone to see it was still timing the phone call. Prior to me disconnecting , I said not sure if you are speaking to your supervisor or just put the phone down but this isn't the end of this situation. I did try calling 📞 the Uber driver assigned to deliver my order. His name is Antony K. his name and contact number were given to me via text to contact with any issues . I called seconds after not finding my order at my front door . The estimated delivery time was 14:06 / 2:06 pm . The delivery notification text came through at 2:16pm on my phone ststing to grab my order at my front door. . After no contact received via phone , I also sent a text to the Uber driver which wasn't acknowledged or responded to either . I reached out to another store who actually answered their store's line . Camille listened with compassion 💕 . While I was on the line , she called the same location I ordered from a male employee answered when she asked for his name he went ghost saying he couldn't hear her and disconnected the line . She found a franchise number which she gave me as she couldn't tell if that store was a franchise or not . Next person I spoke with at the franchise number given to me by Camille was also compassionate . Terilee said she would finish the money request for me for this location . She advised that if I haven't heard back from this store in 24-48 hours to feel free to contact her back . I reached out to their corporate office for a response and refund…not just once… but twice.
They never returned with any correspondence.
I sent several screenshots of the order including the order number along with the amount charged as well as the texts received, from the delivery driver, stating the delivery driver was on their way —then once again stating they had delivered the order. That was incorrect.
They use a 3rd party delivery service (Uber) and Uber claims no responsibility for any missing orders and tells you that you need to reach out to the restaurant that you ordered from and if you call— (during business hours) you get an automated voicemail stating no one is there to answer the phones and you are not able to leave a message. If you email their corporate office you will receive 0 response.
The time before last, I had ordered, yet again, and while the delivery driver did show— he proceeded to argue— stating that I had only ordered 1 drink rather than 2. Shortly after realizing there were, in fact, missing items. The driver did return to the restaurant to retrieve the missing item(s) however the order was incorrect and missing at least 1/2 of the ingredients and additions. I decided to make the trip to attempt to correct the order as it wasn’t cheap.
I wasn’t able to find a single place to park since their parking lot is quite awful and opted to find alternative parking elsewhere and was able to get ahold of a crew member (he was pleasant). I let them know what transpired and asked if they were able to remake the items.
The order had to have been taken down mentally, rather than physically, as it was incorrect as well and missing most of the ingredients. They did return, once again, in attempt to correct the order back in the restaurant but unfortunately the order was still missing many things that were all of additional charge and the incorrect size was given.
At that point, the escapade had taken roughly around an hour (overall) and I threw in the towel and decided to just leave with the latest ones given.

Read moreI honestly don’t know how this Smoothie King is still in business and actively running. I have gone multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the staff shortage. However, I cannot justify the terrible service I receive every single time. My most recent experience occurred just 5 minutes from this post. The gentleman preparing my drink did not even appear to actually work here. He did not have on any sort of uniform and was wearing SpongeBob shorts and a casual gray shirt. How could I address the person that provided such service, if they do not even have a uniform and much less a name tag. And not to even get started with my drink. I ordered a strawberry pineapple smoothie and it tasted like straight protein powder. I wish it would be possible to get in touch with a manager or supervisor of some sort because this is unacceptable and getting out of hand. Please do better, I understand I am at fault for giving this site so many opportunities, but there are way too many health code violations that I cannot keep my concerns to myself.
