So I thought Iād try again at this place⦠seems like I had already did a review ā¦. 12/20/23 @7:43pm⦠so they had more ppl checking customers out. I give them thatā¦. š®āšØ it was annoying and I found it disrespectful that there was an older lady, with glasses, short hair and she was wearing like a peach colored shirtā¦. Sheās by the middle registers where customers are checking out and is yelling at usā NEXT!!! Come on , yall need to keep the line movingā ⦠I get it, your trying to get ppl out fast but why are you yelling at us !? Then I could hear you make smart comments because customers are not moving fast enough for you. Some customers had a lot of stuff and kids. Mind you⦠some of these customers donāt speak English. You made mines and Iām sure others experience feel like we were on a drill team. Smh holidays are stressful and Iām sure for employees too. But to act like thatā¦. No maam! Then your coworkers are laughing at how you are acting. You could of just stood where the line starts and asked the customers to go to which ever number was openā¦ šššš
I use to love shopping here and now itās so annoying. Iāve came 4 times last week and the line is ridiculous! Itās so long that I canāt be having my kids waiting that long. They get fussy. Also ,now shopping theirs is a mess! When you go to any size of clothing thereās all kind of sizes in that spot. Then I also noticed some of the cashiers are rude! We are paying customers. Not our fault if yāall are having a bad day. And just because some of the customers donāt speak English doesnāt mean itās ok to scream at them. Yāall want to rush us but be playing and having unnecessary conversations. We trying to get out of there too! Seriously will not be coming here again. Iāve had enough of this place

However, at the dressing room, after I had tried on some jeans, (I had left one in my cart because the max amount to try on is 6 items and I had 7 with me), I realized I wouldn't fit item #7. So, I attempted to give the dressing room lady the one extra item I had (I would rather it go back to its proper spot than accidentally putting it in the wrong area). She told me she didn't want to take the one extra pair of jeans because she had too much already so it would be more work. She told me if I hadn't tried it on she wouldnt take it from me. For one pair of jeans to be added to her stack. One. I've done dressing room before, and I know pikes can get long, but for one, she wasn't busy, second, the put back rack was empty, and 3, she was giving me attitude because I simply asked if I could give her the jeans. I get having a lot of clothes to put back but she didn't have any extra. At this point, I simply put the jeans at the closest area to me so at least someone can find and put it in the proper place. Otherwise, this place is overpriced in comparison to its sister stores, the selection is bad most days, lines are long, and it's excessively messy (I know it can't be helped with so many customers but this place is seriously understaffed). Only time this place is clean is during a) when corporate comes and b) when a new season/holiday comes in and they are getting ready to put in new product. Bag selection is decent and so are hats, decent cheap accessories for one time events, but it's cosmetics are sketchy and the customer service is not very...

The lack of registers open is Clearly a problem with this store and when you are 15 deep in customers who want to give you money creating long lines to check out is not the way to increase sales. People do not want to spend longer to check out than they did actually shopping. While waiting to purchase my items, everyone was complaining about the lack of urgency and efficiency within the entire staff. There was a lot of security personnel at the front of the store and only 2 cashiers. After waiting much too long, I called the store to inform them of the long line and to hopefully get some assistance from someone who could pitch in and help. Do you know who answers phones when you call the store? THE CASHIERS! The main reason the store is open is to generate sales, and you are giving that task to the cashier? To make things worse, my friend who was waiting for me at the front of the store told me when we left that the general manager was standing at the front of the store watching the line grow past the long cue and did nothing to prevent it. I will tell you that the loss prevention guy was very nice to everyone and deserves recognition for doing his job. You have a chance to turn this around and stop all these bad reviews that we customers read and base our decision on whether we shop one place over the other. An apology from the owner is...
