Smoothie King — Restaurant in Mesquite

I was excited to try out the new Smoothie King since it’s much closer to me, thinking it would be a smooth and convenient experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I ordered through the app, which took my payment but not my order, so I had to go inside to sort it out. Turns out, they never received it, so I had to reorder and pay again.

While the manager and team members were friendly, the wait time was way too long—especially considering how slow they were at the time. After all the hassle, I was expecting a quicker turnaround, but instead, I found myself waiting longer than I should have for just two drinks.

That being said, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since they’re new, and the smoothies themselves were actually pretty good. Hopefully, they work out the kinks because my first visit was far...

Every time I come here, I am always greeted with smiles and friendly environment. It’s always very clean and they’re getting to know my order down pretty well. There’s a young man that works there that I see every time I go after my workouts. I think he’s a store manager or something not sure, but he has always very friendly and make sure my drink is made perfectly Even if he has to make it over and over again. Overall, this Location Is definitely one of my favorites. Alison was very nice and was a great example to great costumer service. She was very professional and pleasant. The last time I went encountered another girl who was not very pleasant after this experience with Allison I will be returning to this Smoothie King more often when you have great customer service like Allison provided it makes you want to come back. And this smoothie King has the best smoothies by the way it’s not watered down like some locations. I highly recommend...
