My daughter bought me a French Door Refrigerator/Freezer from Quality Home for my birthday and Mother's Day. Then she suddenly passed away. Chris helped me navigate combining my account with her account so that I could keep the gift she gave. I had already lost the most precious gift, my daughter, and they helped me keep her last gift to me. I will forever be grateful.

I have been shopping at Quality Home for over 30 years and this is why I continue doing business with them.

I love this business. I ordered a new bed from them and Kevin and Sedrick were the best delivery guys. They were professional, and respectful and had such great personalities. I am recovering from a broken back and they went above and beyond to help me. They moved the old bed to another room and allowed me to sweep before assembling the new one. 5 stars to Kevin and Sedrick and Quality Home.

Unfortunately I'm having to edit my review. They have great customer service when they are trying to sell you something. Pablo was great in that aspect. However once you're a customer and purchase something the customer service isn't as great. They messed up and delivered two different size box springs. I had to keep calling and calling so the problem would get fixed. I understand mistakes can be made, however I dont understand why I had to be calling when they were the ones that messed up. It was very inconvenient for me. I would call and sometimes they'd say we'd call you back, but whenever I never received a call back I had to call again. Finally Pablo assured me I'd get the lower size box spring, but that wasn't the case. I still got the taller box spring switched out. By this time I was over it and wasn't going to call. As a result of their customer service, I will not be returning here and will not reccomend this place. I would rather stick...
