I've always had fast and friendly service. Unfortunately my most recent visit on 6/27 was NOT. I placed a drive through pick up order on the app for a single drink and arrived at 11:34 (a few minutes after the promised time). When I arrived, the line was wrapped around the building (with no employee outside - people were ordering at the window), so I went inside. There was 1 customer at the counter who looked like they had been waiting awhile. There were 3 visible employees. The young man at the counter who was working his tail off taking walk in orders, trying to handle drive through, and running orders curbside - multiple he ran more than once for misssing items or wrong order. He was friendly and apologetic saying they would get to it as soon as possible when I told him I was there for a pick up order. There was a girl making drinks, who was moving very leisurely. In trying to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe she is new and still training, but there was no urgency about filling orders quickly. I watched her remake at least one order when it was filled as diet but supposed to be regular. The third employee was sitting in the back of the restaurant, obviously on break. Around 11:50 she got up and started giving orders/helping make drinks, and moving things along much more quickly. Shortly before 12:00, 3-4 additional employees walked in. Things finally started moving along. I had to ask about my order at 12:07 after the walk in of three, who had been there about ten minutes started getting their order before myself AND the lady who was in front of me. They located my drink in line and finished it. When I left at 12:08 the woman who had ordered right before me was still waiting on 1 of 2 drinks. So, I stood patiently and waited over 30 minutes before asking about my drink. There was no apology or offer to upgrade. The employee who was originally on break and then got things moving after I had been there about 15 minutes was saying she was upgrading all the drinks of people waiting in the drive through. Overall the experience was very disappointing and has kept me from returning to this location. Read more06/03/2025: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my service at Swig in Mesquite. This is not my first time at this location and it takes a lot for me to write a poor Google review of anything. I am a Level 9 Google reviewer and have over 400 reviews.
Today I placed an order at 3:07 pm for 4 drinks and was quoted 3:15 pm pick up. I showed up at 3:15ish (per my time stamped pics). The drive thru was filled with of at least 5-6 cars, so I went inside to get my drinks.
The staff was short handed for this rush of guests, which happens and I understand it happens.
What I didn’t understand that it took almost 30 minutes to get my drinks. I saw 3 of my 4 drinks waiting for at least 10 minutes to be finished while other guests (drive thru, in-person) being taken care of.
Two guests that were in the shop before me had to each remind the staff about their order. A group of 5 came after me into the shop, ordered, and got their 5 drinks and pretzels before...

I was patient as I just saw there was a party of 5 before me. I waited 20 minutes for my order. That’s plenty of time for a 2 item order.
