This location is a mess, at least for the drive through. I ordered in the app at 6, pick up was for 6:15. I entered the drive through at 6:13 and didn’t receive my food until 6:40 Part of the long wait was because the car in front of me also waited about 10 minutes for their own food. By the time I got to the window, 3 different employees came to the window to ask me my name/what order I’m picking up, which just goes to show that there is absolutely no order or communication among the employees, at the customer’s expense. What’s the point of ordering ahead in the app if i’ll have to wait 30 minutes for the food? It’s laughable because it would have been far faster to just go inside and order at the counter, which makes me wonder what tf they were doing inside that took so long to make my food which should have been made almost 30 minutes ago.
The food: I got the Harissa Pita Chips- they were so absurdly over seasoned that it was almost inedible. I love love love spice, that wasn’t the problem. It was just so much seasoning that it was like I was chewing grainy sand in my mouth. They also forgot my side pita and forgot to give me a knife (i asked for cutlery). Really wish I had the knife because they didn’t cut my avocado either, so I had half an entire avocado in my bowl. Read moreFirst and last time here. I wasted my money bc I didnt even eat the food. Was too concerned about the food poisoning review and how bad the service was to eat it. I assumed it most likely wasn't cooked properly eith how bad the service was. The digital drive through is where the service is lacking. She came to the window in a reasonable time, about a minute or two. I said my name. She came back about 5 minutes later and asked for my name again and just looked so confused. No explanation or anything about her baffled expression. A manager, I assume it was the manager, came walking down the drive through and asked if I had been helped. I said not really. I think they're confused. And she went in. I waiting another 5 maybe 10 minutes. I called the restaurant while in the drive through. And I am assuming the manager answered.
