Gong Cha — Restaurant in Methuen

Hate having to do this but this location used to be good and I frequently came here; they regularly got their drink orders right....but now its consistent that they have been messing up drinks. I would like to have my drink sealed to enjoy when I get back home instead of having to try it when I order it to make sure the order was done right. Occasional mistakes happen, but this is 3, 4, 5 times in a row. Even after mentioning that my previous order was done wrong when ordering, it got messed up AGAIN. The boba now is always flavorless, cooked without any sugar, the drinks, whether I ask for 30% sweet, 50% sweet, normal 100% sweet, ALL GETS MADE UNSWEETENED.

The enthusiasm of the workers is still there, the staff are very nice, but someone making drinks and making the boba is messing up everything EACH time a drink is made. Please bring back the consistency when drinks were made right. This place would have been a 4 star location but now I wouldn't even give them 0 stars for how often the drinks are made badly. I spend here too often to have to feel like I'm wasting my money on nasty tasting drinks and to feel like I need to find a new store further...

My experience here was a disappointment.

I walk in and am greeted by loud rap music playing. It is cramped inside, and the employees seem to not care about having a formal presentation.

It is overpriced for the quality of drinks we received.

I have no plans of returning but hope to leave this review for the owner to see and make changes.

You are in a shopping plaza in a middle-class area. appease to the cliental, instead of allowing your employees to run the business in such manner. I feel like the business should be relocated in Lynn or Brockton. It will suit the location better for the experience I had.

I recommend going to another place to receive quality Boba teas and pleasant experience.

Order there at 8-9 last night. A girl got order from me when waiting 2 orders to go. Be not sure that her have been working there or next salon but tried to help her friend and asking me take order yet? After she checked POS. I listened not clear or maybe she didn’t want to let me understand, hahhaha and then when I said yess for some missing, she enjoyed when I said yess hahahah she never asked name or any information if that is order for to go, she knew it but she doesn’t want to welcome customers. she sit and laugh under counter with discrimination happiness for Asian. ( maybe) when I asked her again are you still opening she pissed me up as I asked you bla bla bla.
