For months now, my husband and I have made IT Italian Trattoria our go-to place to share breakfast with friends during the weekend. The selection of brioche and pastries, true to Italian style, is simply delicious. For those who prefer a savory start to the day, they offer excellent options as well. Their pizza by the slice is a must-try, featuring perfectly leavened dough and top-quality ingredients. The espresso and cappuccino are exceptional, capturing the authentic Italian coffee experience.

We also love visiting for the traditional Italian happy hour. The refreshing Spritz cocktails paired with a mixed charcuterie board make for an ideal evening treat. The service is outstanding and incredibly quick, adding to the overall positive experience.

The managers, Luca, Edoardo, and Matteo, are wonderful. They are highly professional, and attentive to their customers' needs.

Additionally, the restaurant is fully accessible to individuals with mobility disabilities, featuring no architectural barriers.

While the concept is good, I won’t come back unless the below issues are addressed: Service Disconnect: The process of ordering and receiving food wasn’t clear, and the added 18% service charge seems unwarranted given the level of service provided. Customers expect service charges to correlate with active service, which didn’t seem to happen here. Case in point - Had to wait to get the food and had to carry my tray to the table outside although I was initially told food would be brought to our table. Operational Efficiency: While two employees were handing out menus, there was an apparent opportunity for them to assist with running orders or cleaning tables, which might have improved the overall experience for customers dining outside. Cleanliness: Outdoor tables being dirty leaves a negative impression and makes the dining experience uncomfortable. Simple upkeep, like wiping tables regularly, would help. Food Quality: Serving cold pizza after a visible wait is disappointing. Quick reheating without attention to detail impacts both taste and perceived value. Value for Money: $20 for a small slice and a draft beer (Peroni), combined with the issues above, doesn’t feel justified—especially when the service charge...

They advertise Italian trattoria and Neapolitan pizza, very far from reality. The taste of a cold cheese is very unpleasant and the poor quality of ingredients.

They automatically add an 18% service charge. You have to wait in line and point out what you want, have to get up and go pick up your food when ready, Service is applied on a sit-down venue where a waiter or waitress comes to take your order and gives you a service on your needs. I totally disagree on an imposed service UNLESS it's written somewhere before I come in and I'll take the decision.

There's way too much great pizza in Miami, it's not too late to adjust but hurry up because even tourists are not that stupid. Miami is a return city of tourism, fool them once but not twice.
