Shake Shack South Beach Miami — Restaurant in Miami Beach

I stoped by Shake Shack in the Lincoln Road Mall before going to a Movie at The Regal Theater that is right around the corner from the restaurant. I most say I was pleasantly surprised. As I walked up to the restaurant I noticed these very chic outdoor tables for outside dining. I said to myself what a great spot for dinner and people watching....plan ahead if you wish to eat outside as it’s rather hard to get one of the five outside tables. My visit took place at about 6:00pm one hour before my movie. The restaurant was very busy no doubt from other moviegoers and the normal dinner rush. The place is like a well oiled machine with no less then twenty employees all at there stations making milkshakes ,french fries and sandwiches. I ordered a single cheese burger with an order of fries and a chocolate shake. The restaurant is a fast casual style. You order your food at the counter and wait to be called to pick up your order on a tray. Condiments,napkins,utensils and drinking water are located right there at the pickup area which is convenient but when it’s busy it does get kind of crowded in that area. The food was excellent...hot fresh and tasted delicious. * The French fries are the star of the menu* The employees were courteous,knowledgeable and helpful. I did visit the restroom...it could have used some attention but understandable with the restaurant being so busy. What is inexcusable was the lack of employees in the dining room. With tables turning left and right they need more employees on the dining room cleaning tables after the customer leaves. I found several dirty tables in a small indoor dining area that only has about twenty tables. Having lived in south Florida for fifty years I found the restaurant to be a little pricey. I understand Lincoln Road Mall is probably a very expensive area to rent space for a restaurant. I just find $20 for a single burger small fries and a small milkshake a bit expensive. With everything taken into consideration I am still giving Shake Shack four stars the food truly was Delicious. I gave them an extra star for the fries.

I had the most delightful lunch experience at Shake Shack today, From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smile of Emily, who instantly made me feel at ease. Her genuine enthusiasm and helpfulness set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic meal.

Emily took the time to walk me through the menu, patiently answering all my questions and offering great recommendations. Her knowledge and passion for the food were evident, and it made choosing what to order a breeze.

As for the food itself, it was nothing short of amazing. The burger was perfectly cooked, with juicy meat and fresh toppings that exploded with flavor in every bite. And let's not forget about the fries – golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, they were the ideal companion to my burger.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Emily's attention to detail and genuine care for me and my friends made us feel valued and appreciated. It's rare to find such dedication in today's fast-paced world, and it truly made my lunch experience memorable.

Overall, I can't recommend Shake Shack enough. The combination of delicious food and outstanding service makes it a must-visit for anyone craving a satisfying meal. Huge thanks to Emily and the entire team for making my day brighter. Five stars...

recently visited Shake Shack, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, giving off the impression that customers were an inconvenience rather than valued guests.

The ordering process was chaotic and slow, with employees appearing confused and unorganized. It took an unusually long time to place my order, and even longer to receive it. When the food finally arrived, it was clear that it had been hastily prepared. My burger was lukewarm and lacked the quality I expected from Shake Shack. The fries were soggy and barely seasoned, far from the crispy, flavorful side I had anticipated.

What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Any questions or concerns were met with indifference or outright rudeness. It felt like customer service was the last thing on their minds. Given the premium prices at Shake Shack, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail.

Overall, this visit left a lot to be desired. Poor service, unprofessional staff, and subpar food quality made for a truly bad experience. I hope Shake Shack addresses these issues, as it has significantly tarnished my view of what was once one of my favorite...
