When I first walked into the store, I was immediately impressed by how spotless everything looked. Not a single item was out of place. Every shirt, every pair of shoes, every rack looked perfectly arranged. You can tell the staff really take pride in the presentation because it felt more like walking into a luxury boutique than a typical retail space. The team there was just as sharp as the store itself. Everyone was well dressed, polite, and attentive. The associate who helped me, Gabriel Hernandez, stood out for his professionalism and sense of style. He didn’t just show me clothes—he really listened to what I wanted. Since I mentioned I was shopping for my trip to Greece and wanted something with a Mediterranean vibe, he helped me pick out a few pieces that matched that perfectly. I ended up buying two outfits right there, including a striped shirt and a sand-colored long sleeve polo that I really liked. What made the experience even better was how thoughtful he was. He offered me something to drink, and even asked my friend if they wanted anything too, which showed how considerate he is. And even though I came in a little late, they stayed open for me past closing time about 7:35 when they normally close at 7. I didn’t even realize it until I checked the store hours later, and what stood out was that I never felt rushed. That kind of patience and service says a lot. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. The store’s presentation, the quality of the clothing, and the level of service were all exceptional. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreBe warned. I rarely take the time to write reviews but feel compelled. Horrible experience ordering custom shirt. First "salesperson input error" - and shirt shipped to store not home as requested and promised. Then it sat there for three weeks. Why don't they make a courtesy call? they do send an email but I figured that the clothes would be forwarded as promised to my home. Apparently they wait 2-3 months before calling about orders that sit in their store unclaimed??? Then - shirt arrives, and was not the one pictured in the custom order i confirmed. This is a "manufacturing error." So, now i can return the shirt - and wait for another to be produced. This will end up being almost a 3 month process to get a shirt. And when i spoke with store manager, and another person they seemed fairly indifferent. Both errors on their end, no concessions made. Barely an "i'm sorry" - stay away.
i just want to add an addendum. you will see below that they will "reach out to me shortly and discuss" - no one has reached out. 3 days ago they said they would generate an email return label for me to send the shirt back. That has not been done. I think they post a nice comment to not look bad. No response...
Read moreI love the Suit Supply brand and whenever my husband and I travel around the US or internationally, have made a fun tradition to make sure to stop by and pick up some items he can wear during the trip. As a result, I have experienced the incredible service that I think has become synonymous with suit supply. Everywhere, except for this location. Let me be direct: do not shop here. I have never seen less engaged employees, who not so much as look up from an iPad to acknowledge your presence. I looked at my watch and it took a full seven minutes for someone to even ask if we needed help. When we identified an item my husband would like, we were told that unless we were truly serious about purchasing, they can’t open it up for us to try. Little did he know, we had intended to purchase a full four sets of outfits as a fun set of Miami looks, but I literally cautioned my husband to buy one item and shop elsewhere because I refused to buy more items at a place that treats their customers this way. My recommendation is if you are a new suit supply shopper, go to the Brickell location (which we have also visited) for better service and experience. This store (and it’s employees) should be ashamed...
