Did not eat at BK for years due to quality issues, that night I gave in. There was a major issue at the drive thru late that night, it was past midnight, I was stuck between the serving windows having already paid, it took 10 minutes to get to the pickup window. I noticed a McDonalds across the street and started speaking Chinese to myself.
I noticed the staff handled the issue professionally, I was really impressed. Once I got my food, hit the road and put my hand in the bag, noticed the way my sandwiches were wrapped perfectly snug and neat. The whopper and chicken sandwich were better than I have had in years, the fries were still really warm even after having waited 10 minutes, the drink was as cold as could be. They even tossed in some ketchup. Was really happy I stayed in line and did not go over to McDonald's across the street. I would given a 6 star review if they had not forgotten the napkins.
So 5 stars is what they got and will be stopping there the next time I pass by when hungry.
The staff, especially the person at the pay window that took care of a guy who mistakenly ordered 10 combos with a bill of 107 bucks , who walked back at the drive thru to correct his order to a single combo. Read moreI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your locations. I attempted to use the Burger King app to place an order and redeem my rewards, but the experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
When I explained to the manager on duty that a portion of my order should have been free through the app rewards, she showed no understanding of how the app works. Despite my explanation, she still charged me full price, and all of my points were deducted from the app without me receiving the promised benefit.
To make matters worse, the manager was loud, rude, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. It was clear she had very little knowledge of the Burger King app, company policies, or even basic customer service standards. As a loyal customer, I found this experience extremely disappointing.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, restore the points I lost, and take the necessary steps to ensure your staff are properly trained on how to use the app and treat customers with respect.

Read moreI really rate no stars !!! This is the second Sunday we go and the lobby was closed. We were told to go through drive thru and there was three cars in front when we we advised them we ordered from the mobile app. They have advertising to encourage to do this for faster service but that was not the case. We were in line for a little over 5 minutes and advised our name and that we have a mobile order to pick up, was told to go to the first window. After 15 more minutes later when we finally went to the window, they could not find our order ask us to show them on the app and advised we had not paid for it either showed them the bank app too. Then a man in regular clothes and advise us he is the Manager and that the charges are pending and that in there end they have cancelled the orders. Now want????!!!! 30 mins later no food no apology just like that - with the frustration we drove off. NEVER GO TO THIS BK...
