Taco Bell — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

I went to this Taco Bell on September 14th around 2:30 a.m. and this was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. The hours say 3:00 a.m., yet when I pulled up one worker told me to go ahead with my order and another man immediately cut in saying “we’re closed.” At first I thought he was joking because no professional employee should speak to a customer like that.

I understand closing early and I understand being tired, but there is a way to treat people with respect. Instead this worker was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He even asked if I had ever worked fast food before and tried to justify refusing service because “the food was already put away.” Talking to customers like that is unacceptable. For all he knew, I could have been the franchise owner or corporate.

Someone with that kind of attitude should not be dealing with customers or handling food. I will never return to this location and I will be warning others not to waste their time here. I will also be reporting this to corporate or the franchise owner, and escalating it through the Better...

REVISED 2/12/ 22 approx 9:30p. I phoned in to speak with the Manager and had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Armani and BRAVO for her Managerial training, she was very apologetic, she offered a sincere solution and my family and I was quite pleased. For that I am changing the star from 1 to 4. Kudos to you Armani. Thank you for yor professional ethics.

Do not listen to these other people who get on here and say this a good Taco Bell I'm pretty sure it's the employees who work there this is the worse place ever to eat from and the employees disgust me .... the worker told me she couldn't take two orders at one time because they short of staff she sounded very stupid they always say they closed it be early they don't close til 2 and then I get my chalupa the taco shell is old I'm very sick I keep throwing up that's a shame because I pay my money to eat good food and now I'm sick never...
