This is one of the best KFC I've ever been to.... Now there's one on 62 & 27 th ave KFC CORPORATION NEEDS TO INTERVENE ON THAT KFC PLEASE HELP THE ONLY NICE THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THE KFC ON 62 & 27 AVE IS THAT THEY HAVE A SPECIAL ON WEDNESDAYS 2 PC WITH MASH POTATO A BISCUIT & A DRINK. THIS IS THE NASTIEST LOCATION I'VE EVER BEEN TO FROM APPEARANCE& STAFF. OLIVER FOR ONE IS THE WORST CASHIER ON STAFF EVERY MANAGER HERE AS WELL. THEY LITERALLY GO OUT SMOKE CIGARETTES COME IN & FIX YOUR FOOD NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS. THE STAFF TELL MANAGEMENT WHAT THEY WILL & WILL NOT DO. THE DINING ROOM WAS FULL OF VOMIT ON ANOTHER OCCASION WHEN I WENT THERE & THERE WERE STAFF EATING IN THE DINNING ROOM PLUS THEY NEVER CLEANED IT UP EVEN WHEN IT WAS IN PLAIN VIEW. OLIVER SAID IT'S NOT HIS JOB & HE WAS BUSY. I WAS LIKE WOW MY SON THOUGHT THIS IS NASTY SO WE LEFT. NO ONE IS TRAINED PROPERLY. INSTEAD OF OFFERING THE SPECIAL ON WEDNESDAYS THEY MAKE CUSTOMERS PAY MORE MONEY FOR THE 5$ BOX WHICH IS POOR TRAINING & THE COMPANY MAY TAKE THE SPECIAL AWAY THINKING THAT THEY'RE NOT MEETING SALE REQUIREMENTS BUT IT'S THE STAFF SABOTAGING THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THE STAFF & MANAGEMENT THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED & HIRE NEW PEOPLE & START OVER IF NOT THE BUSINESS WILL NOT WORK. Read moreThis place was not a good experience for me today. The lady taking orders is very outspoken when not to be. She's there to take your order, be respectful, and for customers to be respectful to her as well. When you arrive at the speaker she tries to rush you to order. On top of that, I ordered 4 wings and didn't mind paying what it cost. I asked her did she have a crispy and her reply was, "yes". She read the order back to me correctly but still gave me one wing, a leg, a thigh, and breast (all the chicken over cooked and old). These other parts of the chicken I don't like. Lastly, I ordered a sweet tea and that was awful as well. After retrieving the food I waited about 2 or 3 seconds to see if she would give me a receipt, we'll she didn't. My fault I should have held up the line, checked my food, and got a receipt. But, the person I am I didn't want to hold the other customers up in line. When I arrived home which is 199 and got settled in my home I was disappointed at what I received. She should not be working at an establishment such as KFC. The drive thru service is horrible, the person at the windows did not have any customer services experience. I can tell since there was someone in front of me arguing with the cashier. As I drove To order Didn’t ask me what I wanted or help with choices just said Hello. Pulling up to get my order didn’t talk just open their hand to get my money.
