I walked into this place to order two happy meals for my great grand children, and a black cashier asked me to come down to the register, but I didn't hear that. I thought she asked me to sign in to the kiosk, so my response was that I don't want to used that, but instead of her saying ma'am please come to this rigister. She immediately became aggressive,and said In a harsh tone of voice. "Ma'am what are you talking about." And so I was trying to place the order, and I thought she said that she was not taking my order, because she was of Haitian decend, and she was talking, so rudley to me, so I said" I'm going to call customer service, because you refuse to take my order.". So now here come this young punk jumping into the conversation, by responding. "That is not what she said, and he was Haitian too. So she politely looked over me and took the young punk's order, and walked away. I said that I'm going to call customer service, but she didn't care, I asked for a manger, and a nice cashier said she the manger, so I immediately started grasping for air, because I couldn't believe that she was a manager and has a vad behavior. The nice cashier took my order. I was so horrified by a manager was down right nasty too me in front of children.i then asked her for her name, but she totally ignored me. Last month I ordered the same thing, and I had the great grand children with me, and I'm thanking God that they were not with me. And then the young punk had the audacity to try, and video, and I pulled out my phone and said that I will call the police and so he turned off his phone. And my response was. Mind...

Is so sad that I have to drive far to other McDonalds instead of coming to this one that's near by, because their service is not worth it ,they feel that they have the right to mistreat you,I guess they don't know the constitution and we all shall be respected. Its's not one but several times where me and my boyfriend have gotten attitude from the workers they barely have anything available in the drive thru at 9pm-10pm,I have also felt discriminated for being white cause that also counts as discrimination, they have taking their sweet time to answer the drive thru and on top of that they say the system is broken ,when we could easily see another person ordering and getting food. I thought for an instant is just bad luck. What made me write this is the last incident of today, I came inside to order and there was no line only me, I had to wait long time for the cashier to notice or stop ignoring me, after that I said to myself is alright, but when I was going to order I said Hi and the cashier proceed giving me a nasty look and she didn't even greet me back, I reacted and left without ordering .I don't know what's going on here, but 3 years ago I used to come and the older employees were not like these, this new employees here must be the issue at least the ones in the afternoon or night. I have worked on fast food before in Pollo tropical even more chaotic that this McDonalds and I still never mistreated or discriminated none of the customer. Lots of customers will be gone too...

Having visited this establishment three times in the last 90 days, I feel I can say with certainty that all employees working here should sue McDonald's for hearing loss.
Without fail, every visit, there are at least two alarms that never, ever get shut off. This is not an exaggeration. This is fact. Then there are the 1 2 3 other alarms that will get left on 4122 minutes at a time. Each visit that I have been here, I have left with actual rage, wanting to walk up and yell at the manager on duty who stands there and does nothing about all of these alarms.
This is not how you run a business. McDonald's Corporation should be ashamed to let this location exist the way that it does.
There is also the fact that the menu has blank areas on it, such as the Mc Pick 2 area. They will sell it to you, but they will not advertise it.
Then there are the two occasions around midnight but I have waited 5 to 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru, only to be told a laundry list of items that are not available, most of which are the cheaper items. Both visits this happened. Welcome to McDonald's, we are currently not serving ... Insert list here... it's actually quite comical how quickly they read the list to you, making you not understand many of the items that they have just stated.
Overall just a really bad dining and purchasing experience. Two Stars instead of one because at least the food is approximately what it should taste like so they have that...
