The food is good but the service is TERRIBLE! I literally just left and eating my food as we speak but had to leave a review. The girl at the front taking the orders has absolutely no personality nor is she friendly. I walked in the first time to order fried chicken and she asked me if I want leg and thigh or breast and wings. Obviously I heard her but wanted to know there was anyway I could have leg and breast or if it was a possibility and instead of telling me those were the only choices, she used a stern tone and repeated the same thing , LEG AND THIGH or BREAST AND WINGS! As a customer who has been to many Jamaican restaurants that offer different options, she could have easily explained those were the options. If you call to ask for the owner. You have this one young lady that pretends she is the owner. I recently ask if they are hiring and she is going to tell me she is hiring smiling faces. Remember it's my first visiting the restaurant. I was immediately left considering she didn't know me and assumed that I am not able to provide exceptional customer service and to top it off customers were waiting so long for there meals and the lobby tables were a mess. The side door was open which can causes flies to come into the restaurant where food is prepared. So it would be a no. I left immediately seeing all of these things. This worst restaurant I have been to, grave insult to your hard earn money, no customer service, poor serving of food, awful tasting food. These people behave like it's take or leave it attitude, seems like you begging them. And, the call themselves Jamaican, this place has nothing with class. For you guys, I know opening a restaurant business is easiest to do, I don't do it because I like challenging stuff. Those people who like your food, just don't know good food and superior customer service. I can bet they haven't got a catering order in months.
