Where do I start? After a long day at work, I ordered Wingstop through Uber Eats and watched the app the entire time. My driver sat at the location way longer than normal, only for me to get a text saying Wingstop gave my food to someone else & said id have to reorder . When I tried to cancel, Uber said I’d be charged $27 cancellation fee — even though it was Wingstop’s fault.
I called the store, and the guy blatantly lied, claiming another driver picked it up before mine arrived & the one who texted me was my “second driver “ like what? — which I know isn’t true because I tracked the entire delivery process. Then he tells me to cancel and reorder so they could remake it with a new receipt. I refused — I’m not paying twice for your mistake like tf 🤨
Eventually, they agreed to remake it, but I had to catch a ride to pick it up myself. They said 10–15 minutes — I got there in 15 and still waited another 20 minutes . The total ordeal took over an hour and a half.
The staff didn’t care, offered no apology, and were laughing and goofing off in the back the whole time. The guy who eventually handed me my food had a “idgaf ” attitude. (While waiting, I even watched them give orders out to other drivers without even checking their phones for confirmation) probably not the first time their customer service has made someone furious. I see now why they have that thick ass glass barricading them from the customers I’m pretty sure they’ve had a few wings thrown in their face on previous occasions for their incompetence and lack of customer service skills .
One star (only cause the food tasted good thanks to Wingstops original recipes) & shout out to uber eats for eventually offering me a full refund. ✨ Crazy how an automated support chat has better customer service than fully grown...

And then when I come inside they act like they don’t see me or anyone else standing and waiting trying to pickup an order. Just standing around tryna get help for 5 minutes and then when they finally decide to ask what’s the name I still gotta wait longer and even when the food been done I don’t receive it right then and there and the food end up being cold. Unbelievable, tonight was my last time giving them a try I won’t be coming back to this establishment. Everyone needs to be fire or re trained and a new manager needs to come in. No sense of urgency or niceness from the workers. Asked for extra seasoning in the fries and it’s barely a drop of seasoning, paying all this money for no reason. There was flies inside the establishment and the floors looked dirty when I just went. Half of the cooks don’t got hair nets or anything covering their hands, they act like they can’t hear you when your speaking through the microphone, there’s one guy who works the takeout counter who I usually deal with and he be acting like I’m speaking another language when I’m clearly saying my name (Mahlik) and I know I’m not the only person because when I came last time another customer got mad and irritated at him and started fussing and asking for the manger because we was waiting for so long for a little order that should’ve been done 30 minutes ago. If other wing stops in the area can get they food done on time and put the correct seasoning and flavors and sauces and make you feel at home when you walk in through those doors than there’s no excuses for this childish establishment. A young lady answered the phone and said only online order and delivery orders so I responded ok then I said what time you close but before I could ask that she hung up. So I said maybe she didn't hear me so I called back and she said it again answering the phone with hanging up saying online and walk in orders only and hanging up the phone. But I want to know what time they close so I won't get off i-95 and they be closed by that time I get there to place my order . So everytime I call it was the same thing till I guess she was annoyed and another staff answered and she actually waited until I asked the question but she was acting as if she couldn't hear me but I got the question answered . Which was what time they closing. The people they hire have no customer service and it be these young individuals that don't have morals I blame the manager cause they don't inservice these staff. And they working for the person who own this company to make money not knowing the staff they hire not meeting good customer service skills and loosing them money.
