You walk in an the area is cozy and clean. No one will greet you because they are behind the counter. No one will offer you a menu because it is expected that you walk to the counter and look tor the QR Code to scan. We went to review this place on a Sunday at 9Am. There was only one couple on the entire place and they had tons of questions for the girk behind the counter. We sat down and tried to figure out what to order. He went to the "place your order here" tablet and was ignored for about 8 minutes as he tried to figure it out and three employees were behind the counter talking. The young girl finally helped him since he was obviously taking too long. They immediately tack on a 10% service charge but they wont do much but bring your food to earn it, so please be mindful of the "pre-tripping" practice and that they wont offer you anything or check on you once you sit down. The food was subpar for the type of establishment they are claiming to be. The french toast was not spectacular, it was made with ordinary bread and the Croissant was slathered with Nutella and it was not as soft and flaky as a fresh one should be (we have eaten them right out of the oven in Europe). The coffee was good (although I ordered a double expresso and got a single one) and they served with a plastic spoon. Water comes in an opened glass jar (cold tap water) and they give you plastic cups. Overall, a mesh of two ideologies and if you are looking for good coffee or tea, this may be a Starbucks alternative. Wholeheartedly do not recommend for dinning in, but if you are looking to work and not be bothered, this may be the place if you have headphones because their employees are just too loud behind the counter... and we...
