Don't waste your time and money. Took the mom's in my family for mother's day brunch 5/12/24. We had previously gone when it was shulas. Don't make the mistake of thinking it will be anywhere near the quality and customer service shulas had, you'll be disappointed. When we were seated by the host, a server came to us and asked if we had reservations or if we walked in. I told him we had reservations, my cousin asked if we looked like walk ins, to which he replied yes. My response was well should we not be seated here, because I don't mind moving since we look like walk ins. That was first thing that was wrong. Because had he asked in a different manner he could have still gotten the information he wanted and it wouldn't have been so rude. Secondly the buffet left so much out. There was a "charcuterie station " if you want to call it that. It only had meat, no cheese at all. The penne pasta was dry and hard, no parmesean cheese to put over the pasta, the carved turkey was dry and flavorless, they had smoked salmon capers onions, but no bagels or cream cheese. The omelets were very good, but everything else was mediocre at the very best. Food was not fresh, I'll never go back. Worst brunch I've ever been to. And the staff was not much better. I guess they aren't use to how a Sunday brunch should be. I wasted my money and my time. I figured since it was shulas before and it use to be top notch, how different could it be. Boy was I wrong. Also the mimosa was literally all oj, with a splash of champagne. I had to ask for a cup of just champagne to get it right. I'm just utterly disgusted that I paid 500 for something so lack luster. Oh almost forgot, they include 20% tip. With how service was they would have been lucky to get 10. We only got checked on once and had to ask multiple times different people to...
Read moreHad the worst experience here. Have never truly had an "outstanding" dining experience or meal here. Have had better at the bar down the street for a fraction of the price. Food and drink service was extremely slow. Came in specifically for the prime rib and was disheartened upon being told they were not able to have it cooked the way I liked. Since I came here specifically for that I reluctantly ordered it medium (I usually do medium rare)... Our server spent most of her time during our visit at the hostest stand chatting with her friends than attending our table. I saw the staff coming out from the kitchen looking at us and looking for her several times. I'm sure the food was just sitting back there while she continued to neglect her tables. I never received my salad that was supposed to come with my meal. And my meat was still tender despite not being medium rare, but with the seasoning it was salty to the point it was borderline indelible. The vegetables were almost slimy in taste. The loaded baked potato would have been wonderful had it not been cold. I was afraid to send it back because by the time our food came out to us they were already mopping around our booth despite them being open for another 45 minutes with people still sitting in our section. Again, as I said. I've never really had an amazing meal or experience here, I'd rather go down the street and pay half the price and actually get halfway decent service and meals...

If I could give negative stars, I would. The service at this restaurant was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever endured. It felt less like a night out and more like a test of patience and endurance.
Despite having a reservation for 20 people—yes, TWENTY—they showed absolutely no sense of urgency, care, or coordination. The restaurant was practically empty, so they couldn’t even blame it on a busy night. We waited an entire hour just to receive half of our food, and even then, the dishes were incorrect. It was as if no one was listening, or worse, no one cared.
Throughout the evening, I politely and repeatedly asked for something as simple as a slice of lemon for my sparkling water. A basic request, right? It never arrived. Not once. I was ignored like background noise in a ghost town of a restaurant.
There was no attention to detail, no effort to accommodate us as a large group, and certainly no pride in providing a decent experience. It’s baffling how a place with so few patrons could deliver such spectacularly poor service. It was a masterclass in what not to do in hospitality.
This wasn’t just disappointing—it was insulting. I left embarrassed because I had been the one choosing this place based on Google reviews. Save yourself the trouble. There are plenty of places where your presence—and your time would...
