What an experience Iāve had at the Starbucks so far. I went in this morning through the drive-through and ordered through the app Venti iced brown sugar, shake, and espresso with oat milk. I always ask for no ice because I donāt like it. A gentleman came to the window (Iām assuming is the supervisor or manager) And advise me that since I ordered my drink with no ice, the cup was going to Have a space. Iāve ordered this drink at many different Starbucks, many times and paid no mind to his comment. And behold, I legit got a tall drink in a Venti cup. Now Iām not the type of person to complain or request a refund, etc. but this made my blood boil. I did a U-turn and went back to the store and voiced my concern. Of course, they added more oat milk as I requested, and he added a scoop of ice to compensate for the space in the cup. Now looking at the picture, do you think this was fair to give this drink to a customer requesting a venti drink with no ice? To me this seemed nothing but ridiculous. Will definitely not be coming back to this particular Starbucks they officially...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a customer of this starbuck, I go often to study with a couple of friends and sometimes I sit outside because it gets cold inside, but the other day they kicked us out at it was not even 8:30pm and they close at 9:00pm of the barista came outside and starter picking up the chair she asked us to get up which I responded to her don't you close at 9pm she said yes but they started to pick up the chairs, it was not only me there were other customers there too. I go often to this starbuck and they walk around and they tell you we close in 10 but not kicked you out 30 min before.It was really disappointing. I guess I would have to find a different Starbucks, if you close at 9pm you get cut out half hour before. It was really rude.Also lately they take for ever to prepare an order, I have waited more than 30 min to get my coffee , sometimes I have to walk up and ask what's going on, and because of the terrible service they even end up preparing...

Person taking orders through the drive thru was so extremely ignorant, I drove right past the cashier/pick order leaving my order behind. I definitely didn't want anything from a representative like her. This location should be closed. Employees have no interest in being there
Monday, Aug 12th at 12:20pm - Fou staffers on duty to include a Barista. The store is empty besides 3 customers which includes myself. Zero effort, zero sense of urgency or awareness, total lack of care and concern for the customer and the importance of them patronizing a failing business. Of the four staffers, not one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Not one of them offered to take my order or ask me to please wait a moment. Not aggressive, just totally disengaged.
