This place is truly horrible. I arrived at the restaurant at 2:20 pm the restaurant that was empty. While I was waiting for my food some people came in and got their food right away (2:38pm). I didnât think much of it thinking my My protein was being cooked. While I waited, I observed the Staff preparing the food And noticed they were not wearing gloves when handling food, which completely disgusted me. By this point it is already 2:45 PM and I had yet to receive my food. I decided to go up to the counter and request for an update. They asked for what my order was, however I requested to cancel the order. I had already waited 25 minutes while others got their order within five minutes. She came back with my order in hand, stating that she had called for me a long time ago, but I was not there. However, I was waiting for my food in the empty restaurant and she did not call my name. Otherwise I wouldâve heard it.

When we asked the staff after 15 minutes when our co workers were half way done with their lunch, she (Daniella) snapped at us in an unfriendly way how it was very busy today. 5 minutes later, I asked again, then she stated it was being prepared right now. After 25 minutes we finally had the food. It can happen that an order gets forgotten, itâs a normal thing. The issue was the way Daniella reacted and snapped at us with attitude when we checked on our order. It was rude and made us feel bad. I work in a service industry as well and this is not the way to treat customers. I would recommend the manager to look into service training. Also I think the least that could have been done is an apology (which we didnât receive) and to really make up for it maybe a free cookie or something, which would have made us feel appreciated as customers. She missed both opportunities. Iâm a regular customer and I really like to eat here. Quality is always good and service is quick. I will come back but will avoid to order with her.    Read moreI was at the Miami Lakes, FL location of Diced today and have to write this review. I've come here dozens of times and have been to other Diced locations too. The service is always great here. But today, Marilyn, Stephanie and Daniela went above and beyond. Not only were they so friendly and helpful but my gosh, what can I say? The whole experience was incredible.
I also need to compliment the other people who were working at 3:30 p.m. EST on Mon Dec 2nd, 2024. The food was out of this world (coming from someone who eats Diced a lot lol). Come to this location. You won't be disappointed. Not only was this the best Diced experience that I have had, but this was one of the best restaurant experiences that I have had in general.
If Diced corporate is reading this, please give all these people a massive raise and promote them. They represent your company in the best way possible.
