BurgerFi — Restaurant in Miami Lakes

I advise against ordering from this location. I placed an Uber Eats at 9:05 pm tonight, Friday night. At 9:50 pm, almost an hour after waiting, I was prompted in the app saying that my order was delayed and would be delivered at 11:50pm. I called the store to check on the status of my order.

A woman named Claudia answered and was rude from the moment she answered the phone. She kept repeating that if I ordered after 9:30 they didn't receive the order. I repeatedly told her that I ordered well before 9:30. She then proceeded to start yelling at me and then started screaming derogatory remarks at me and cursing. She then passed the phone to someone else who was polite and helpful.

However, the entire time I was speaking with the other individual, Claudia was in the background (which I could hear clearly) talking to other staff members using derogatory and foul language stating that I was rude to her, which is not true.

The individual, who I presume is a manager, advised that Claudia would be written up and asked her to stop speaking where I could still hear her.

I highly advise against doing business with this establishment and I encourage management to train their staff to appropriately deal with customers, as the way I was spoken to and about is...

its no wonder this location only has 3 stars!!! i placed a large order for employees of mine. when the order arrived an order of 5pc chicken tenders was missing. no big deal, mistakes happen. after speaking with a woman on the phone it seemed not to be a big issue and sent my employee back to recover the missing item as for one of my guys was not going to be able to eat. when he arrived Henry the manager made accusations to my employee as if the measly 8 bucks worth of tenders were in the bag but somehow feels he's doing us a favor by providing them anyways. Henry made my employee feel so bad that he turned around, left the tenders and walked out. this is not the first time this location has been rude and made us feel as anything and everything but less than a customer. i would not recommend this grotesque staff starting especially with the manager HENRY. leadership starts from the top which it is obvious that this location lacks. i spoke with HENRY about this issue and saw first hand what my employee was talking about. i will not spend another dollar there. shame on me...
