Burger King Review - A Reflection on Modern Fast Food
In the realm of fast food, where efficiency often trumps quality, there lies a Burger King in Miami that stands as a testament to what once was.
It's 2:15 AM, and the drive-thru is open, a beacon for the hurried, the hungry, and the wasted. Here, Diana works the window, not with the flair of the beloved corporate brown noser, but with a quiet dedication that's become all too rare.
She makes your food fresh, a simple act that should be the standard, yet like a relic of a bygone era where "quality" was the cornerstone of service. In a world where one might rant about the competition is serving up microwaved Porto let scrapings, Diana's commitment to freshness is a small, yet significant, rebellion against the decline of culinary craftsmanship and a slap to the face of our corporate overlors. Hells Yeah.
This isn't the story of a hurricane host, nor is it a tale of laughter and levity. It's an acknowledgment of a reality where the art of pride in one's work is fading into the background, and satire becomes the soft light that gently exposes the dimming truth. Thank you for giving a double tall man to to all the people that don't put in the almost zero amount of extra effort to do it well but complain when they receive the same in return.

Read moreI must say this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever received. I was ignored from the moment I entered, despite having placed a mobile order for pick up. I wait patiently 20 min to be acknowledged, the entire time watching charollette, the young lady working the front, completely disregard any cleanliness and or cross contamination protocols as she repeatedly grabs her phone from her back pocket take a quick look before going right back to boxing fries and nuggets. Not once did she change her gloves or wash her hands. Then once she comes over to me I tell her my name and order number, she takes a quick look at her computer and the abruptly says its not here then turns around and walks away from me without even a look. I attempt to show her the order on my phone and she won't even take a look clamining that regardless of what it says on my app its not here. I say to her are you sure because I've already paid for it. Her response has to be one of the rudest most unprofessional responses I've ever received and I quote "Pay? You didn't pay me nothing so I don't know what you want!" I was so upset I immediately left the establishment without my food or a refund. I'll just have to take the loss as a lesson to never set foot in this or any other establishment owned by this company. I hope anyone who sees this takes my...
Read moreIf I could give a lower rating, I would. I do hope that the store manager or owner of this store (if it is a franchise location) reads these reviews. My adventure with this Burger King was short-lived and I will never return to this Burger King again. I went into this Burger King today to order 60 (yes) 60 cheeseburgers. You would think that during COVID and slow business, and the unemployed, that a relatively large order would be greeted with enthusiasm. it was not. In fact, I tried calling before going to the restaurant so that my order could be ready, but no one answered. I then went to the drive in and placed my order and the drive in clerk immediately informed me that: i) I had to come inside to place the order and ii) lectured me on how the drive in (with no one behind me), was not the place for a larger order like that. Fine, I go inside and try to place the order again, and was the lectured on how I should have called in first to try to place the order. At no time did ANYONE take my order. I then said, 'this should not be this difficult to place an order, so I'm going to McDonalds'. I was then told, thank you and have a nice day. I went to McDonalds, walked in, placed the order and 10 minutes later, had my 60...
