I walk in to pick up my mobile order. There's a Doordash guy and a man with his son, just waiting for his order. The employee behind the register is eating and fixing the money in her register. There's no acknowledgement that I even exist, so I give the benefit of the doubt that she's helping DD. So I'm there for a couple of minutes and still no acknowledgement. So after about 5 minutes, still no spoken words to me at all. The Doordash guy gets his order the other man gets his order. And I'm just there waiting for for someone to speak to me and she just continues to eat and deal with the register having conversations with her coworkers, and one of the coworkers says something to me in Spanish about her and I say I don't speak Spanish, which I don't but I can make out what she said, the employee who was at the registers first words to me were to explain what was said. I was frustrated so I said I know what the other one said and asked was my order ready. She then catches an attitude and asks me my name (which should have been done at least 10 minutes ago at this point) and says my order isn't ready yet and then disappears to the back another employee comes up and looks for my order which had been sitting in the pickup bin behind the counter and gives me my order. I told him thanks and I appreciated him helping me. I'm just upset that this woman apparently couldn't understand why I had frustration in my voice after she just stood their, chewed food and had conversations with others. I know customer service is dead but at least have the common courtesy to acknlowdge I existed. 0 for customer service but the melts and cookie...
Read moreWORST PIZZA HUT EVER…. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING HERE. I placed an order online for only 2 pizzas for delivery. I live 15 minutes away from the location so the tracker informed me that pizza delivery would take 40 minutes to arrive. I was busy with household chores and didn’t see that Pizza Hut called me 15 minutes after I made the order. Once I called back, I believe Maria answered and informed me that they only had one driver but do not worry they will deliver my pizza… before we ended the conversation she stated that the driver just arrived and now has my order to deliver. I waited 30 minutes and no pizza had arrived. I called again and she assured me that it was on the way. After another 30 minutes, I called again and spoke to a Josh who admitted that the order was cancelled earlier when they called me in the beginning. So why did Maria lie about the driver picking up my order and out for delivery? This store is unprofessional and a joke! The staff is all incompetent and clearly just there to pretend to provide service to the community. I never heard a company to call and confirm an order after you paid for it. Why do you need to confirm an order if I paid for it? Obviously I want it….. Then to top if off, the company called me the next day to ask WHY DID I CANCEL the order? They had no concern about the issue the day of that they wasted my time for 2 hours waiting but the next day they called to ask why did I cancel…. I will never patronize this location ( delivery or pick up) I hope the location...

Placed an order online for 2 Medium 1-topping pizza and cinnabuns plus 4-20 oz drinks. Estimated time was 65 min and I was ok with that, even though it was 9 pm and I had just gotten home from work. Once I placed the order, the ETD changed to 155 MINUTES! So, I called the phone number provided and it sent me to a Call Center that was unable to transfer me. After 30 minutes of trying to reach anyone to cancel my order (So I can buy dinner SOMEWHERE ELSE), the Call Center tells me to call Corporate. I just wanted to CANCEL it...
I called corporate and the guy had me on the phone for over 15 minutes telling me that there was nothing he could do and no one could help me. I would not be able to get a refund and he suggested I should not order pizza for delivery, that he prefers to pick up his pizza and inspect it to make sure it is the correct order. He literally had the audacity to question why we were ordering pizza for delivery?? LOL---WTF????---Nonetheless, the pizza finally arrives (because it was a $25 order--of course we are charged $4 for delivery) and the pizza is cold and we were missing drinks. The delivery guy says "You should call them so they can send you the missing drinks"
Seriously, I could not even make this up, even if I wanted to. I mean....the lack of respect for customers is unreal. Please note that we also reached out to Pizza Hut via Social Media and they offered us Free Bread...
