Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Miami Shores

Worst customer service ever I will never return the staff was extremely rude to the customers and they were just standing in the back talking while customers waited I have worked at a Pizza Hut when I was high school and I work in customer service so I know what it’s like to deal with rude customers and I was not rude and remained polite through out the horrible service and bad attitude. I politely asked how long before my order was ready the employee rudely replied “you need to wait you just ordered and there’s three people in front of you so wait” I just wanted to know if I had time to go to the store next door and while I’m waiting a woman walks in and orders the exact same thing as I did and she got her order right away when I politely asked weren’t those the pizzas I was waiting for she ignored me and went to the back area again to keep talking with the other employees once again when she passes by the front I say excuse me calmly and politely because I wanted to order crazy bread because that was the only thing they had ready and I was starving she ignored me again and went back to talking with the on shift manager that was there. also they only accept exact change or credit cards I’m in management I know the exact change is a employee scam to pocket the money with out having to touch the money in the till to return change having to worry if the till is balanced at the end...

Placed an order on 2/14/25 for $60.50. When my husband went to pay with his debit card, he added a $9.00 tip so it came out to $69.58. Not sure what the 8 cent difference was but that's what we were charged. He swiped his card and the cashier said wait. We let her know that we had already swiped our card but she said it was OK, she "voided it". We swiped the card a 2nd time for $60.50. Unfortunately we were charged both times. Tried calling to resolve the issue. Was told...the IT department needs to fix the issue, someone will contact us, and or call and ask for a manager. We'll no one called back and when we called to ask for a manager there wasn't one on duty. Also the person answering the phone didn't speak English. She put someone else on the phone who placed us on hold and hung up on us. Then we called back to ask for the corporate number and was told they don't have any information for us and can't help us. We spend the same amount or more when we come here and this is very upsetting to be treated this way. We googled corporates number and made a complaint and explained the issue. Wow, we meet again Jeremy...remember me? Listen, I LOVE pizza and how Americans have stolen such a culturally rich italian dish and turned it into their own fattening, diet-breaking, comfort food...really inspiring. I would to say that little ceasar’s is known for their fast service but maybe that’s because they get bread, throw cheese on it and then throw a gallon of grease on it and serve it. THAT IS NOT AMERICAN PIZZA OK? THAT IS A MONSTROSITY AND AN INSULT TO ITALIANS AND AMERICANS. The other night i ordered a pizza and put on a paper plate to watch the Voice ( hate the voice but american idol doesn’t exist anymore so gotta settle for this terrible singing competition #missingryanseacrest). Anyways, so I leave the paper plate with the pizza on it on the table in front of the tv to go get a napkin and wash the grease off my hands from carrying the pizza. Then I come back to find a puddle of grease on the table with what looks like the drenched plate in the middle with the soggy pizza on it. Next time i’ll stick to my fave papa, Papa John’s, but maybe u will have a different experience so don’t let this deter u from ordering, it’s pretty fast and efficient too,...
